theoretically speaking, if we model this as a recursive governance structure... the community takeover is basically implementing on-chain state verification, no? gives me major vitalik-on-DAOs vibes ngl. wonder if they're using ZK proofs for proposal validation or just plain multisig, because that's where the real interoperability vector emerges imo
