Top Silicon Valley VCs quietly reduced their holdings in ETHZilla by nearly 2% over the past two months.
[Coin World] Silicon Valley pro Peter Thiel's Founders Fund has recently disclosed an interesting move. According to documents submitted to the SEC, as of the end of September this year, they held 928,300 shares of ETHZilla stock, accounting for 5.6%. However, compared to 7.5% holdings in early August, they quietly reduced their stake by nearly 2 percentage points over the past two months.
The ETHZilla project, which is based on the concept of an Ethereum treasury, itself indicates something by attracting institutions of this level. Now that Founders Fund has chosen to gradually withdraw, is it because they believe the valuation is in place, or do they have a different view on the ETH ecosystem? The market can ponder the signals behind this operation.
