#美国ADP就业数据优于预期 I've been involved in this circle for nearly four years, watching wave after wave of people disappear.

Interestingly, those who are the first to exit are often the ones who believe they understand the market best—studying candlestick patterns daily, full of technical analysis, but one reverse pin bar and they're gone.

I've paid my tuition too. In the early days, I thought I could catch every wave, watching the market at 3 a.m., adding to positions on dips. After two big losses, I realized this market isn't testing your intelligence; it's testing your honesty.

Now, my approach is simple: follow the overall direction of BTC—buy more when it's bullish, sell or short when it's bearish; control my position sizes on each trade, set stop-loss levels and stick to them; if I have unrealized profits, take some out—don't try to catch the absolute top.

Some people say this strategy is too conservative and earns slowly. But after a year, those aggressive friends have either quit or are still trying to break even, while my account has doubled or more, and I consider it stable.

I've mentored a few newcomers who followed this approach—one guy started with $1,000 and gradually grew it to $17,000, another tripled their account in less than two months. They don't have any secret tricks, just strict discipline and following the rhythm.

In this industry, it's not about who can calculate better, but who can resist temptation and stick to the rules. The market will eliminate the smart, but it won't mistreat disciplined traders.
