Here's something interesting about AERO's tokenomics - the real dynamic isn't what most people think.



Those holding AERO without locking? They're essentially becoming exit liquidity for the LP providers. The economics flip when you look at who's actually capturing value.

veAERO lockers are sitting pretty though. The compensation structure works out nicely between swap fees and bribes flowing in. That's where the real yield accumulates, not in the unlocked tokens floating around.

The mechanism creates a natural sorting - passive holders subsidize active participants. Classic DeFi incentive design at work.
