Hello, please contact the online customer service and provide a screenshot for the customer service personnel to verify. To contact online customer service: Click on the app - Home - top left corner icon - the pop-up page click on the top right corner 🎧 - Contact customer service - "Can’t find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input bar at the bottom - select "transfer to manual" in the reply message and choose the relevant issue.
