All forms are illusions.

One should not cling to anything, but give rise to the mind.

No wonder Buddhism teaches all about the mind; those who practice Buddhism live transparently and without conflict.

I can currently sense any emotions that arise immediately and ask myself why I feel this way, and then the emotion disappears. So I don't really have anything like joy, anger, or sorrow weighing on my mind.

What you fear will come to you; what you desire will cause suffering if you cannot obtain it. This is the idea that "all phenomena arise from the mind"; everything is a manifestation of the mind.

When many people come to me for guidance, I often say I can't provide it, because everything is about what you "desire" and "resist". If your attachment is too deep and you can't let go, and your desires are too strong, you won't understand how to restrain them. Therefore, any methods addressing specific issues seem powerless, as they only trim the branches without cutting the roots.
