Many people play U, and only after being questioned do they realize that what really makes them panic is not the freezing, but being unable to answer a single question during the interrogation.
In fact, this situation is not uncommon. As long as you are confident and know how to communicate, you can generally get through it smoothly.
Remember - when interviewed, you will likely be asked these three questions.
❶ Question 1: Do you know that virtual currency transactions are not protected by law?
Don't panic, and don't argue. The correct statement is:
Currently, our country does not explicitly stipulate that virtual currency trading is illegal; it is simply "not protected."
It means: risks are borne by oneself, profits and losses are one's own responsibility, but it does not imply that the act of trading itself is a criminal behavior.
❷ Question 2: The account involves fraudulent funds, why should we still refund the money?
This point is crucial.
Once the funds enter the investigation chain, even if you are not intentionally involved, you must first "cooperate with the refund" to eliminate suspicion.
How much to refund can sometimes be negotiated, and when necessary, communication with the victim can help resolve the issue, allowing the account to have a chance to be successfully unfrozen.
❸ Question Three: If I do not cooperate, will it leave a criminal record? Will it affect other bank cards?
In general, as long as you submit a thawing application and cooperate in explaining the source, the police will not punish you.
Only accounts classified as Level 1 involved accounts will trigger a higher level of control mechanism—at this time, it may indeed implicate all bank cards under the name.
If it is only a secondary involved account, the scope of impact is usually limited, and freezing does not equate to leaving a criminal record.
In summary:
Playing U is not illegal, but you must not be careless.
Do not casually accept funds from strangers, do not touch money of unknown origin, and do not act as an intermediary for transfers.
In this gray area market,
Understand the rules, uphold the bottom line,
More important than making a huge profit from a single trade. #你最看好哪个GateFunMeme?
