Propy Expands with $100 Million Investment and AI Escrow Agent
Real estate tokenization company Propy has announced a $100 million expansion plan, introducing an AI escrow agent named Agent Avery for real estate transactions. The company is acquiring title companies through a hybrid financing model that combines private credit and blockchain-based DeFi loans.
Propy is also enhancing its advisory board by appointing Chris Campbell, former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury, and Mike Jones from Science Inc. They will join Michael S. Piwowar, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission member, and Michael Casey, former Chief Content Officer at CoinDesk, to guide Propy's regulatory and capital structure strategies.
