Nio's wild ride in China's EV market continues. Q2 2025 showed some glimmers of hope. Interesting times.

Deliveries soared. 72,056 EVs. That's a big jump. Onvo and Firefly are catching on. Nice.

Revenue hit $2.65 billion. Up 9%. Not bad. But vehicle sales? Only 2.9% growth. Tough price war out there. Average selling price dropped. Ouch.

Margins took a hit too. From 12.2% to 10.3%. It's rough.

BYD's feeling the heat as well. First profit drop in years. Kind of surprising.

Q3 might be better. Nio's thinking big. 89,000 vehicles? Ambitious. Sales forecast falls short of expectations, though. We'll see.

They're tightening belts. Cutting costs. Smart move.

Long-term? Nio's still in the game. It's not entirely clear, but they could bounce back strong. Once this price war settles down, who knows?

Bumpy road ahead. But Nio's pushing through. Determined bunch, aren't they?
