Many people do not lose money because the market is bad. When the market is poor, the main ones affected are users who trade in Spot and those who already have Holdings. In the Primary Market, on-chain Liquidity is scarce, and most people will not chase the price or operate frequently at this time. To put it simply, after a small loss, they will stop trading.
But often at such times, there will occasionally be a golden dog that stirs up market sentiment, making people fantasize about becoming rich overnight. When the market is bad, everyone tends not to monitor the charts and often misses these opportunities; however, once the market warms up, it is easy to rush in with the mentality of "chasing the price one more time." But the market will not continuously give you opportunities, nor will it allow you to seize every chance.
What truly needs to be done is to maintain your own holdings, protect your wallet, and ensure your survival. When the next opportunity arises, you must stay diligent, continuously improve your understanding, and be prepared to bravely seize it.
The market will not pay you just because you sit in front of the computer for 24 hours. What you can do is to ensure that you have the ability and courage to seize the opportunities when they arise in the future.
