Part of the reason for the cryptocurrency market crash is due to the Federal Reserve tightening monetary policy, and now some people believe that the market has reached the bottom.

A cryptocurrency sentiment survey released by a trading platform on Friday indicated that consumer confidence reached its highest level in three months in October. The survey was conducted among 10,000 individual investors in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

The survey results show that due to the stabilization of cryptocurrency prices, slowing inflation, and a clearer regulatory outlook, investors' confidence in cryptocurrencies has somewhat recovered.

The report states: "For cryptocurrency investors, October is a hopeful month, as the price of Bitcoin remains around $20,000 and the price of Ethereum stays around $1,300."

However, the survey also found that although sentiment has improved, most investors remain cautious, believing that now is not a good time to buy. Only 29% of respondents indicated that they might increase their cryptocurrency investments in the next three months.

The report concludes: "Overall, the survey results for October indicate that sentiment in the cryptocurrency market is improving, but investors remain cautious. With the regulatory framework becoming clearer and the macroeconomic environment improving, market confidence is expected to continue recovering in the coming months."
