🇬🇧 A Chinese woman has been sentenced in the UK for orchestrating a BTC fraud worth $6.9 billion.
🚨 The Royal Court of the United Kingdom found 47-year-old Chinese citizen Zhimin Qian guilty.
➡️ From 2014 to 2017, Qian deceived more than 128,000 victims in China by offering them to invest in a financial pyramid, after which she converted the money into BTC and fled to the United Kingdom.
The British police called the seizure of 61,000 BTC "allegedly the largest cryptocurrency confiscation in the world."
