ETH Dancing Around 4220: Decision Time
Been watching ETH hover around 4220 for two days now, showing this annoying pattern of dipping then bouncing right back. Honestly, I think we're at a crucial decision point between 4220-4240, and this thing could break either way at any moment.
Bull Case (which I'm leaning toward)
The 4220-4230 zone is basically the bulls' fortress now. If they can defend it, we've got ourselves a new floor. Once we push past 4240, I expect a decent wave up - first to 4300, then potentially 4350+. That resistance at 4240 is the only thing holding back some serious upside momentum.
Bear Risks (which I'm not too worried about)
If we drop under 4220 and start hanging out below 4200, we might retest the 4150-4120 area. But let's be real - this looks more like a classic shake-out than any trend reversal. Bears are just trying to scare you out of positions.
My Short-Term Play:
Light positions if 4220 holds, add more once we break 4240, targeting 4300-4350. But if 4200 breaks? I'm cutting losses fast and waiting to re-enter around 4150-4120.
Medium-Term Approach:
I'm scaling in at these levels: 4220, 4150, and 4000. Still looking at 4600-4800 as my medium-term targets.
Position Sizing:
30% allocation for short plays, willing to add if we break 4240 convincingly. Hard stop below 4200.
Bottom line: As long as ETH holds this 4220-4230 zone, bulls have the edge. Break 4240 and we're likely heading straight to 4300+. Just don't get greedy - this market punishes that.
