In the recent dynamics of the crypto assets market, the price of Bitcoin ( BTC ) has fallen to around $108,700, just touching the lower band of the Bollinger Bands and the EMA double support line, forming a strong technical support level. Meanwhile, Ethereum ( ETH ) and Solana ( SOL ) are hovering around $3,820 and $193, respectively.
This price level provides new layout opportunities for the spot market. For those investors who have already built positions around ETH 3,950 and SOL 197 and are taking short-term profits, they may consider increasing their positions or holding off. As Bitcoin's bottom formation is completed and ready to rise, investors can allocate funds to other promising crypto assets.
From a personal analysis perspective, this wave of downward trend seems to have come to an end. The market may enter a slow rising oscillation period next. During this stage, Bitcoin's volatility may not be too significant, with an expected peak around $117,000. In contrast, ETH, SOL, BNB, and some high-quality small-cap tokens may perform better in terms of rising.
However, investors must remain vigilant, as the market may experience a pullback again in late October. According to the weekly chart indicators, early November could be the final endpoint of this downward trend, or it may become the starting point of a new upward trend similar to April 7th of this year.
In this uncertain market, investors should closely monitor market trends, allocate assets reasonably, and control risks. At the same time, they should remain sensitive to potential opportunities and be prepared for possible major trend reversals.
