The trading market is cruel, and many people choose to quit when they suffer consecutive losses, but I choose to persevere. When the funds in the account fell to 5000 USDT, I experienced unprecedented setbacks. During that time, I felt numb, hands trembling, and my mind in chaos, as if I had lost everything.
Some people say that trading depends on luck, but when funds are on the verge of depletion, luck is simply irrelevant. I decided to temporarily withdraw from the market, close the trading software, leave the group, and block all relevant information. These three days of "going offline" allowed me to break free from the vicious cycle of trying to recover losses.
When I started again, I set new trading rules for myself: avoid speculation, restrain greed, and not chase the rise and fall. I limit each trade position to 20%, strictly follow the trend, and set the take-profit point in advance.
The first trade chose the hourly trend of Ethereum, did not increase the position, and patiently waited for the market to develop. In the end, the account grew from 5000 to 6300 USDT. Although the profit was not much, I know that I have turned the situation around.
Next, I will focus on risk control: only trade in markets that are understood, follow the trend; do not predict tops or bottoms, do not trade based on emotions; withdraw profits promptly and cultivate the habit of taking profits when things are going well.
Through these strategies, my account increased from 5000 to 23000 USDT within 27 days. A week later, it even surpassed 200,000 USDT. Although there were losses and retracements during this process, there was never a liquidation.
Success is not derived from luck, but from reasonable position management, grasping market rhythm, and strict execution. The real challenge lies not in mastering technical analysis, but in controlling one's emotions and behavior.
When you can make trading decisions independently and take corresponding responsibilities, you are truly getting started. Looking back on this experience, I deeply realize that trading is not only a technical skill, but also an art of self-management.
