币界网报道，阿联酋财政部于周日签署了《基于加密资产报告框架（CARF）的多边主管当局协议》（Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement），此前已在 2024 年 11 月宣布相关计划。 该协议将于 2027 年开始实施，预计 2028 年进行首次国际税务信息交换。与此同时，财政部已于 9 月 15 日启动为期八周的公众咨询，邀请所有加密行业相关方就潜在影响和合规要求发表意见。
