Hello, Huawei phones can currently download the APP by following these steps, please try: 1. Go to phone settings - Security - More security settings, and enable installation of apps from external sources. 2. Disable the enhanced protection feature of Pure Mode: Click settings - System and updates - Pure Mode - Enhanced protection, select to turn off. 3. If you still cannot install after performing the above two steps, you can enable flight mode, turn off all networks (data traffic and wireless network), and reinstall.
