It's utterly garbage, all the project party is doing is dumping. They talk about the Bit Lighting Network, but it's just a scam project, originally 84 million coins, updated to 1 billion. The old coins are exchanged 1:1 with 30% unlocked, the rest unlocked over 3 months. The key issue is that those who exchanged old coins are not allowed to withdraw. This dog project party is purely here to play people for suckers.
