Many people have a misconception about Cryptocurrency Trading, thinking that as long as they "hold on," altcoins can also weather the storm.

But in reality?
Alts do not fail to rise, but they do not necessarily come back.
Mainstream coins like BTC and ETH are like aged wine stored at the bottom; even if they sink during a bear market, there's a high probability they can rise back up or even hit new highs in a bull market.
What about alts? Some projects have run away, some narratives have cooled down, and some have been rebranded and restarted. By the time you hold on to it, it has already changed hands twice with retail investors.
Many people have believed in alts for three years, and looking back:
The coin is still there, but the project is gone, the official website is down, and the Twitter has stopped updating.
So don't use mainstream logic to apply to alts,
You think you are investing for the long term, but the project team thinks you are accompanying them for their final farewell.

It makes sense, altcoin, I haven't run away with my earnings, the result is a loss. To make money with altcoins, you need to learn to run. Now the market manipulators don't have a vision; pumping money can create several new coins.
