Mining Difficulty of Bitcoin has decreased by 7.48%



On June 29, as a result of another recalculation, the Mining Difficulty of the first cryptocurrency was adjusted by 7.48% to 116.96 T.

The indicator has decreased for the second consecutive time. The current decline has become the most significant in recent years.

According to Glassnode, the hash rate (7 DMA) collapsed to 799 EH/s from nearly record levels.
According to Hashrate Index, the hash price has increased from $53 to $58 per PH/s per day in the last 24 hours. The mining profitability metric has recovered to levels seen at the end of May.

At the time of writing, the price of the first cryptocurrency is around $107,000, having increased by 4.5% over the week.

It is worth noting that CryptoQuant pointed out that Bitcoin miners have increased their reserves by 4000 BTC since April, despite a decrease in revenues. At the same time, participants in the "Satoshi era" have shifted to accumulation.
