Aptos collaborates with Tsinghua University to develop a consensus protocol testing tool to support the security of the Raptr protocol.
On June 10, Aptos Labs announced a collaboration with Tsinghua University’s Software System Security Assurance Group Wingtecher Labs to implement a Consensus Algorithm and jointly develop a cutting-edge testing tool. This tool combines automated testing, protocol state space exploration capabilities, and logical error detection functions, helping to lay a solid foundation for the stability and security of Aptos’s next-generation high-performance consensus protocol Raptr.
This collaboration integrates top academic research with cutting-edge engineering practices, not only helping to strengthen the quality assurance of Aptos’s own core protocol but also injecting innovative momentum into the testing capabilities and system assurance of blockchain infrastructure. By promoting the construction of a more powerful and sustainable testing toolchain, it sets a benchmark for technological advancement and continuous development in the industry.
The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026 or earlier, with the first integration phase now online and experimental testing initiated.
