On June 6, it was reported that Trump’s social platform Truth Social has registered the “Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF” investment trust in Nevada, marking its official entry into the field of crypto asset investment. The trust, which focuses on two major assets, Bitcoin and Ethereum, has not yet publicly filed a formal prospectus with the SEC. Meanwhile, partner Yorkville America Digital filed a Form 19b-4 with the SEC on June 3 to apply for the ETF to be traded on NYSE Arca.
According to reports yesterday, Truth Social has submitted an S-1 filing for a Bitcoin ETF to the SEC.
