Strategy Inc. purchased 4,020 Bitcoins (BTC) for $427,100,000 between May 19 and 25.
Strategy Corp currently holds 582,50 BTC purchased for over $40.6 billion.
The funds for this purchase were raised through three different at-the-market programs.

Strategy Corporation has acquired an additional 4,020 Bitcoins for approximately $427 million (about 60 billion yen, based on an exchange rate of 143 yen to 1 dollar), increasing its total holdings to 582,250 BTC.

According to the press release, the current purchase was funded through three ongoing At-The-Market (ATM) equity programs.

Between May 19 and May 25, Strategy Corp sold 847,000 shares of common stock for $348.7 million, 678,970 shares of preferred stock STRK for $67.9 million, and 104,423 shares of preferred stock STRF for $10.4 million.

These stocks amount to nearly $45 billion in total and are part of the company’s long-term Bitcoin accumulation strategy.

This time, the average purchase price is $106,237 per coin, and the company’s total investment in Bitcoin is currently $40.61 billion, with an average purchase price of $69,979.
