Customer service contact method: Click the icon in the upper left corner on the APP homepage to open the sidebar, then click the 🎧 icon in the upper right corner of the sidebar page, select online customer service, click on "Cannot find the answer to your question" at the bottom of the customer service page to enter the customer service chat page, then enter "manual" in the input bar at the bottom of the page, select "Transfer to manual" in the reply message, and then choose your question to contact Xiaochuang customer service.
