I wrote down a few trading insights from the bull run; you might find them useful if the market comes back.
1. Risk management is the foundation of survival.
Even if a bull run arrives, it is still full of uncertainty, and prices may fluctuate sharply in a short period.
Geopolitical factors, macroeconomic conditions, and industry regulations may trigger market fluctuations at any time.
Never invest money you can't afford to lose. According to your own risk tolerance, reasonably allocate the proportion of funds invested in the crypto market. For a single currency, it is also necessary to control the position and avoid excessive concentration.
2. In-depth research, refuse emotional trading (DYOR)
The market hot spots are rotating quickly, with new concepts and new projects emerging one after another. Coupled with the overwhelming information on social media, it easily triggers FOMO or FUD emotions.
Before investing, it is essential to thoroughly understand the project: What problem does its technology solve? What is the team's background? Is the tokenomics reasonable? How active is the community? Are there real application scenarios or a clear roadmap?
Learn to distinguish between real information and noise in the market. Don't blindly follow the crowd just because someone is making a call or the community is discussing it passionately.
3. Pay attention to macro and industry trends, adapt to changes.
Macroeconomics: Pay attention to factors such as the Federal Reserve's interest rate decisions, important economic data (such as CPI), and the regulatory policy trends of major global economies.
Industry: At certain stages, value-storing assets may be more favored; while at other stages, high-growth application tokens may perform better.
4. For projects that you are optimistic about, regardless of whether the market situation has ended, you should maintain a long-term perspective and patience.
If you choose some projects with long-term value based on in-depth research, then having patience and ignoring short-term noise may lead to better returns.
You can consider adopting a dollar-cost averaging strategy, buying in batches to smooth out the costs. #币圈 #山寨币 #btc[超话]# #数字货币 #区块链
