Meta Platforms Inc. has released a new artificial intelligence model Llama 4, which includes Llama 4 Scout, Llama 4 Maverick, and Llama 4 Behemoth. These models are trained on unlabeled data and possess extensive visual understanding capabilities, and have been updated for use in 40 countries. Multimodal features are currently available only in the United States.

On April 6, Meta Platforms(META.O) released a set of new artificial intelligence models in its Llama series on Saturday—Llama 4. The series includes a total of four new models: Llama 4 Scout, Llama 4 Maverick, and Llama 4 Behemoth. Meta stated that all these models have been trained on “a large amount of unlabeled text, image, and video data” to equip them with “broad visual understanding capabilities.” Meta AI has been updated in 40 countries to use the Llama 4 model. Currently, the multimodal features are only available in the United States in English.(Jin10)
