Golden Finance reports that the Decentralization AI verification protocol Swarm Network has completed a $13 million financing, which includes a $10 million public agency license sale conducted on the Sui network, as well as a $3 million strategic investment from investors such as Sui, Ghaf Capital, Brinc, Y2Z, and Zerostage.
