Arbitrum Activates ArbOS 61 Elara, Expands Stylus Contract Limit to 96KB

According to Offchain Labs, Arbitrum activated its ArbOS 61 "Elara" upgrade on August 20, expanding the Stylus contract size limit from 24 KB to 96 KB for developers building larger and more complex smart contracts. Node operators are required to update to Nitro v3.11.3 to support the upgrade.
