According to Bloomberg, Australian AI infrastructure startup Firmus and Singapore-based data center operator DayOne will develop a 360-megawatt campus in Batam, Indonesia, set to launch in the first quarter of 2027. Under an eight-year partnership with Nvidia, the project will secure infrastructure access for up to 170,000 AI accelerator chips in 2027 and 2028, with committed offtake valued at US$25 billion to US$30 billion over the partnership's first six years.

Baidu's Kunlunxin Targets $50B Valuation in Hong Kong IPO

According to Reuters, Baidu's AI chip subsidiary Kunlunxin is planning a Hong Kong initial public offering with a target valuation of $50 billion.
