According to Jinse Finance, President Trump tweeted on the 'Truth Social' platform on Sunday morning local time, stating that if Canada becomes the 51st state of the United States, it will be 'exempt from tariffs!' The president wrote, 'Therefore, Canada should become our beloved 51st state. Canadians will enjoy much lower taxes, better military protection, and - exemption from tariffs!'
