On October 4th, Jinshi Data reported that Rick Rieder, Chief Investment Officer of BlackRock Global Fixed Income, said that the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates by 25 basis points twice this year, in part to ease the burden on a large number of people who are suffering from high borrowing costs. However, he also believes that the Fed will continue to cut interest rates until 2025, as the Interest Rate is still too high relative to the inflation level.
