On April 20, Jin10 reported that Senyuan Electric announced that its shareholder Huajin Securities, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 9,297,569 shares through centralized Bidding or Block Trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for approximately 1% of the company's total share capital. The reason for the reduction is due to the funding planning of the collective asset management plan, and the shares for reduction were obtained through a protocol transfer. The reduction price will be determined based on the market price and trading method at the time of the reduction.
