Last night, the entire crypto space was played, and the grand SpaceX IPO by major exchanges ended quietly.
In my opinion, this XStocks quota controversy is not fundamentally about promises made and broken, but rather about the crypto industry's overestimation of its influence within the traditional capital system.
The crypto market has indeed generated incredible subscription enthusiasm, but don’t forget, SpaceX itself is a top-tier scarce asset, with demand from traditional distribution channels reaching over three times the issuance size at one point.
Against this backdrop, crypto users did not receive extra privileges just because they had more money and a louder voice.
Ultimately, the cake is only so big, and more and more people are fighting for it. When traditional capital prioritizes satisfying its own trusted clients, the share left for the crypto world naturally becomes very limited.
But from another perspective, although the outcome of this event was not perfect, it is not entirely meaningless.
At least it has truly moved RWA + stock tokenization from a narrative level into the stage of practical verification.
The road ahead will undoubtedly be bumpy, so let’s look forward!
Finally, here’s the intriguing layout of major exchanges that everyone is talking about!

JUST is a leading powerhouse in the DeFi sector, and it may not be an exaggeration. With the overall market currently bearish, most DeFi projects in the industry are seeing ongoing capital outflows and flight. Only JUST is steadily growing against the trend, to a certain extent continuously empowering the entire Tron ecosystem to build momentum and develop.

$BTC is at a critical level. A breakout above the ascending triangle could confirm the next bullish move.

If rejected, a retest of trendline support may come first before buyers step in again.

The Genesis whale dumped $35.28 million into Coinbase, but don’t panic — it might be even more afraid of getting a “sell-off” than you are.

The most dreaded thing has happened.

Early this morning, a HYPE Genesis mega-whale directly deposited 576k HYPE tokens ($35.28 million) into Coinbase.

Cumulative profits have exceeded $44.34 million.

As soon as the news broke, the chat blew up: “The whale is distributing! Run!”

But I want to say something counterintuitive:

Transferring to Coinbase is a distribution signal, but it doesn’t mean an immediate dump.

Think about it — a mega-whale that got its start from Genesis, watching HYPE climb from just a few dollars to over 70, would it liquidate everything with a one-click sell like retail investors? No.

It knows better than anyone: these tokens are a gold mine. Selling early makes you slap your thigh in regret; selling late means you end up shooting yourself in the foot.

So the most likely script is: selling in batches, and it might even place high-priced orders—slowly feeding the market when liquidity is at its best.

Then the question is: where will this $35.28 million worth of supply create real, meaningful pressure?

My take is in two layers:

First layer: the $60–65 range is its “comfortable distribution zone.”

At this level, it’s more than 10% below the historical high of $72, but not so low that it lacks buyers. Buyer appetite is strong. ETF net inflows of several million to tens of millions of dollars per day still isn’t enough to soak up this amount completely.

Look at the data: two spot HYPE ETFs pulled in over $100 million in 10 days, averaging $10 million per day. $35.28 million is roughly 3–4 days of ETF inflows.

If the mega-whale sells slowly at a pace of a few million per day, ETF investors won’t even feel it.

Second layer: the real pressure is below $55.

Why? Because that’s where the panic sellers are.

When retail investors see the whale distributing, their first reaction is to run. If the price breaks key support, stop-loss orders and a chain of liquidations kick in. At that point, the whale won’t sell—waiting to exit after a rebound.

So the harshest scenario is: the whale sells part of its holdings above $60 first, and then when the market panics and drops below $55, it turns around and uses the remaining tokens to raise the average price? No. It won’t prop up the market. It will simply stop distributing, wait for ETF inflows and dip-buying capital to push the price back up, and then continue selling.

Will the ETFs absorb it entirely?

Most likely, but only if certain conditions hold.

The condition is: HYPE’s fundamentals don’t have problems. Stories like protocol revenue, buybacks and burns, and institutional cooperation can’t break. As long as the narrative stays intact, ETF net inflows can still absorb the whale’s supply.

But conversely, if another Genesis whale also jumps in and follows with sell pressure, the ETFs may not be able to withstand it.

“Genesis whales aren’t here to catch your bags; they’re here to dump the tokens onto ETFs and retail investors. The difference is only this: it sells gracefully, while you run away in panic.” #我的Gate交易时刻 #TradFiCFD黄金大师赛 #美PPI创两年半新高 $BTC $SOL $HYPE

Anthropic forced to take down its flagship models, what discount will IPO valuations face?

You clearly think the accusations are unfounded, but you still have to comply.

This is the harshest reality in the AI industry today.

On June 12th, U.S. regulators launched a dual-front attack.

On one side, the federal government, citing "national security export controls," demanded that Anthropic restrict foreign nationals' access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5—claiming to possess a jailbreak method. Anthropic publicly questioned: Is the evidence sufficient? Not at all. But to stay compliant, both flagship models were taken offline.

On the other side, multiple state attorneys general jointly summoned OpenAI, accusing ChatGPT of "prioritizing engagement over safety," directly linking it to user deaths and campus violence.

Federal export controls + state-level safety accountability, both hitting hard.

Isn't Anthropic claiming to build "responsible AI"? Isn't it saying it understands alignment best?

And yet? In the face of regulation, there's not even a negotiation table. Doubts are one thing, but the product is first cut. Compliance costs directly equate to giving up revenue—and that revenue is from flagship products.

What does this mean for a company that could IPO as early as October?

Valuation logic must be rewritten.

Investors used to focus on: model capability, user growth, revenue expectations. Now there's an additional variable: your model could be taken offline at any moment due to a vague "jailbreak method," and you have no right to rebut.

This policy uncertainty is called "regulatory risk premium" in IPO pricing. It used to be a page in the prospectus that no one read; now it’s a core deduction in valuation models.

Anthropic expects about $1.2 billion in revenue this year, mainly from enterprise API and subscriptions. Fable 5 and Mythos 5 are main models, now taken offline—how to make up the revenue gap? Even if conditions later allow restoration, customer trust will be discounted—today’s offline, tomorrow’s also offline.

Even more severe, this incident sends a message to all AI companies:

"You have no right to explain, only to execute."

Regulators say you're violating rules, so you must stop. Evidence? That’s for later. The product stops, customers leave, revenue disappears, stock price drops.

For Anthropic, which is about to IPO, investment banks will definitely ask during pricing: which model will be taken offline next? Discounting this risk into DCF models could easily cut valuation by 20%-30%.

And don’t forget, OpenAI is also under attack. Words like "user deaths," "campus violence" linked to "artificial intelligence" will chill the entire industry’s funding environment.

"When compliance costs equal revenue loss, an AI company's 'moat' can overnight turn into a 'regulatory encirclement.'"

Anthropic’s IPO could be as early as October. The question now is—does the market still want to assign it a valuation with "no regulatory risk"?

I’m skeptical. #我的Gate交易时刻 #TradFiCFD黄金大师赛 #Marvell大涨超11%领涨芯片板块 $BTC $ETH $SOL

Anthropic has just proposed to launch an AI policy mechanism worldwide, and the regulatory heavy hand is hitting itself.
On June 12th local time, Anthropic issued a statement saying: The U.S. government, citing national security reasons, issued an export control order suspending all access for foreign nationals (regardless of whether they are inside or outside the United States) to Fable 5 and Mythos 5, including Anthropic's foreign employees.
The direct result of this order is that Anthropic must immediately disable the new series models Fable 5 and Mythos 5 to ensure all customers comply. Access to all other Anthropic models will not be affected.
Anthropic stated that the company received the government directive at 5:21 PM that afternoon. However, the letter did not specify the concerns related to national security.

SpaceX First Day: Not Just Going Public, But a Power Transfer
Don't just watch the 19% increase; the real power game has just begun.
SpaceX closed at $161 on its first day, up 19%. Market cap of $2.1 trillion, ranked 9th globally.
Surpassing Meta? Still a bit short, but already shocking enough. Even more heartbreaking — it traded $80 billion in one day, equivalent to one-tenth of a day’s trading volume in A-shares.
This is not an IPO; it’s a printing press in action.
What does $80 billion in trading volume mean? Extremely high turnover rate.
To put it plainly: early shareholders are selling, retail investors and institutions are buying.
Who is selling? Those insiders who held for ten years and multiplied their holdings hundreds of times.
Who is buying? New retail investors afraid of missing out and funds forced to build positions.
This isn’t investing; it’s a relay of faith.
The data that truly makes Wall Street shut up has arrived.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley each earned $21k in underwriting fees.
For an IPO of similar size (like Saudi Aramco), normal fees are $20k to $1 billion.
Elon Musk simply said: “My job, whether you like it or not.”
Investment banks don’t dare to raise prices, afraid of being kicked out. This is SpaceX delivering a blow to the financial world in a lower dimension.
Today (June 13), MSCI officially announced inclusion.
Passive funds have no choice; they must buy. No matter how high the price is, no matter who is selling, the system automatically executes.
In the coming days, the most certain buyers are without debate, only execution.
The thing that shorts fear most is called “passive index buying.”
Next Tuesday, CBOE will launch options.
Large holders can finally hedge. This means two things:
Institutions that previously dared not hold shares now dare to (they have insurance).
Short sellers also gain weapons (they can sell naked calls).
The first day was just a teaser; starting next Tuesday, the real meat grinder of bulls and bears begins.
Next, focus on two core variables:
① Can MSCI passive buying sustain the $161 price? For several consecutive days?
② After options launch, how crazy will implied volatility (IV) spike?
If IV exceeds 100%, it means the market is crazy; if IV drops below 50%, it indicates institutions have already priced in.
The first day is about sentiment; next week is about the truth.
“Wall Street kneeling to make $100 million, Musk standing to split $2 trillion.”

Missed SpaceX's IPO? Don't worry, there are two "certain" money-making opportunities next week

Are you still regretting not buying SPCS at $135?

Don't panic. A 19% increase on the first day is real, and $80 billion in trading volume is no joke. But true professionals, they don't chase high on the first day.

They are waiting for two things: MSCI inclusion and options listing.

These two windows are your chances to turn things around.

Window One: The "freebie" from MSCI passive buying

Today, MSCI has officially started including SPCS.

Global passive funds tracking MSCI indices (trillions in size) must buy SPCS according to their weights within the specified time.

This is a mandatory buy order.

Strategy: Buy before the inclusion takes effect (or during the initial phase), then sell the short-term pulse caused by passive fund positioning to the buyers.

If market expectations are overly optimistic, the pulse may be limited. So don’t be greedy—take a bite and run.

Window Two: "Volatility harvesting" after options listing

Next Tuesday, CBOE will launch SPCS options.

In the early days of new stock options, there is an almost certain pattern: implied volatility (IV) will be overestimated.

Because market makers fear sharp rises and falls, they set option prices very high. At this time, if you have margin, selling straddle options (selling both calls and puts) allows you to profit from IV decline—professionally called "harvesting volatility premium."

A more retail-friendly approach: wait for IV to drop, then buy call options. Don’t buy on the first day of listing—that’s giving money to market makers.

But here’s a cold shower:

With a market cap of $2.1 trillion, the ninth-largest asset globally, this isn’t a small meme coin. To go higher, it needs real performance—Starlink profits, Starship progress, NASA orders. Don’t treat it like Dogecoin.

After options launch, short-selling forces will enter the market for real. Previously, without tools, big funds dared not short. Now, with options hedging, bears may strike at any time.

The MSCI inclusion pulse may already be partially priced in. The first-day turnover of $80 billion, ample trading, smart money may have already been lurking.

IPO is like a lottery; MSCI arbitrage is a skill; options harvesting is professional.

Ordinary people regret not buying at $135. Professionals are calculating: how high can passive buying push it? How much can IV decline bring in? When will short sellers move in?

Missing the first day isn’t scary; what’s scary is that you can’t even see the next window. #我的Gate交易时刻 #TradFiCFD黄金大师赛 #Marvell大涨超11%领涨芯片板块 $BTC $ETH $SPCX

The real fear in trading is not misjudging or making mistakes; anyone who looks at it can misjudge, and anyone who acts can make mistakes.
It won't be okay just because you're afraid of being wrong, and you can't avoid acting just because you're afraid of making mistakes.
If you see it wrong or make a mistake, you should incur a loss—that's perfectly normal.
And what allows you to grow quickly are precisely these experiences of right and wrong.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that a red market means everything is over.
It doesn't.
Markets naturally go through periods of growth, correction, uncertainty, and recovery.
Red only tells us what prices are doing right now.
