Most traders are watching the price, but the real question is what happens at this level next.

$XLM ‌ went through a healthy correction after reaching the $0.1875 resistance, and that pullback was exactly what bulls wanted. Buyers stepped in fast and pushed the price back up.

The dip into the $0.1740 to $0.1760 zone saw strong buying pressure, leading to a solid recovery close to resistance once again.

Now the price is testing the $0.1860 to $0.1880 range.

If bulls can break above $0.1880 and stay there, the next move could reach the $0.1950 to $0.2000 area.

If sellers hold this level again, a short pullback toward the $0.1780 to $0.1800 support zone would be a normal move before another attempt higher.

Right now, the trend still looks positive with higher lows holding. The next direction depends on whether buyers can finally push through the resistance that stopped the last rally.

$LAB just put on a masterclass in crypto market drama.

The 15 minute chart highlights a brutal flash crash that wiped out long positions all the way down to a 24-hour low of 10.515.

If you blinked, you missed it, because aggressive buyers stepped in almost instantly.

What followed was a textbook V-shaped recovery straight back up to the $13.00 level.

With over $236M in 24 hour turnover, the liquidity is moving fast.

Whether it was a stop-hunt or a panic flush, LAB isn't for the faint of heart. Trade safe!#GateCompletesDividendDistribution #SolanaEcosystemANSEMSurges

Before and after SK Hynix lists on Nasdaq
It will give Micron $MU a solid opportunity to get on board
After all, Hynix’s Nasdaq listing undermined Micron’s uniqueness in the US stock AI storage space
So, some of Micron’s prior premium may be diluted and adjusted
Meanwhile, in Thursday’s non-farm payroll expectations, the market is not optimistic about two consecutive blowouts
So if non-farm payrolls come in below expectations, the logic for a US dollar pullback and a correction in US stocks still holds
At this point, you need to get into leading, strong stocks and board

ETH at $1,570 – Are you in panic or greed?

The Ethereum Foundation just laid off 54 people, ETFs have seen 7 consecutive weeks of net outflows totaling $273 million, and large holders' unrealized losses are at their worst in 6 years.

In June 2022, ETH dropped to $880, and people said, "It's going to zero."

In August 2024, ETH dropped to $2,100, and people said, "It's over."

In June 2026, ETH dropped to $1,570 — guess if it's the same this time?

Second thing: 7 consecutive weeks of net ETF outflows — are institutions fleeing?

The Ethereum spot ETF has seen net outflows for 7 straight weeks, with $273 million flowing out last week alone.

BlackRock's ETHA saw $236 million in weekly outflows.

Yesterday alone, another $30.04 million flowed out — 8 consecutive days of net outflows.

Sounds scary, right?

But look at the chart — ETH hasn't collapsed.

It bounced back from $1,510 to $1,570, the decline narrowed, and volume clearly expanded in the support zone.

Second thing: Vitalik cut 40% of the budget — is that bullish or bearish?

On June 23, Vitalik announced that the Ethereum Foundation would cut its budget by 40% and lay off 54 people, roughly 20% of the team.

But did you really understand it?

Vitalik's exact words: The EF is shifting from a model of "spending 15% of remaining funds every year" to a long-term endowment model where it will "only spend 5% per year" after 2030.

Before, it was "spend when you have money"; now it's "tighten the belt, run for the long term."

This doesn't mean Ethereum is dying — it means Ethereum is maturing.

An ecosystem with a market cap of $280 billion can no longer be sustained by a single foundation.

Third thing: A strange signal appeared on the technical chart

Daily timeframe: ETH dropped from $1,779 to $1,510, with bearish momentum fully exhausted.

Now it's oscillating in the $1,500–1,600 range, a historic demand zone that has bounced strongly multiple times in the past.

4H timeframe: RSI is in oversold territory, open interest is declining.

The bears can't push it down anymore, and the bulls haven't yet struck.

Key levels

Resistance above: $1,575 (current vicinity) → $1,650 → $1,700 → $1,780

Support below: $1,530 → $1,500–1,520 (solid floor) → $1,460

Currently at $1,570, only 4.5% away from the solid floor at $1,500, and 8% away from $1,700.

The odds are improving, but patience is needed.

Bulls vs. bears — you decide

On one side:

BitMine keeps accumulating, recently buying another $43 million worth of ETH

Whales accumulated 350k ETH at an average price of $1,763 in mid-June

Staked ETH is about 39.5 million, representing 33% of total supply

Oversold + strong historical support — probability of a technical rebound is rising

Fundamentals haven't worsened — ETH remains the absolute DeFi leader

On the other side:

7 consecutive weeks of net ETF outflows — cumulative pressure is obvious

The Fed kept rates at 3.5%–3.75% in June, hinting at possible rate hikes

Inflation forecast raised to 3.6%, macro pressure on risk assets

Ethereum Foundation budget cuts + layoffs — short-term emotional impact

DeFi TVL dropped 33% in two months to $37.5 billion

Brothers who are already holding:

Don't sell at $1,500 at a loss. Historically, everyone who sold at support levels later regretted it deeply.

Brothers who are empty-handed and want to buy the dip:

Buy in batches between $1,500 and $1,550, set stop-loss below $1,480.

First target $1,650–1,700, second target $1,780+.

Control position size to 10–25% of total capital, enter in 3–5 batches.

Short-term traders:

If it breaks below $1,500 with volume, go short lightly with targets at $1,400–1,300, stop-loss above $1,550.

If it holds $1,500 and breaks above $1,575 with volume, go long with targets at $1,650–1,700.

Long-term believers:

ETH below $1,500 — just DCA with your eyes closed.

In June 2022, nobody wanted ETH at $880 — what happened later?

In August 2024, nobody wanted ETH at $2,100 — what happened later?

In June 2026, ETH at $1,500 — guess where it will be in three years?

ETH now is like itself in June 2022 —

99% of people thought, "It's really going to zero this time,"

And one year later it went from $880 to $4,000.

Is $1,500 the bottom or the abyss?

I don't know.

But I know one truth:

Every panic is a wealth transfer.

From those who panic to those who stay calm.

It’s a truly amazing thing. In the past, we said that the ones who chase pumps and dumpers are “leeks,” but clearly the people who chase pumps and cut losses can make money—keep chasing when it’s going up, and keep cutting losses when it’s going down. Isn’t that good?
Why is it that most people can hold on to things that are falling, but can’t hold on to things that are rising?

The title of established public chains making a comeback—I've seen no less than a hundred over the years, probably. It's always the same routine: the community posts a roadmap, slaps up a partnership poster, stirs up excitement for three days, then fades into silence. I know this pattern all too well, so when I clicked on TWIN's one-year anniversary summary the other day, I didn't hold out much hope.

But this time, there was no roadmap in the summary. It listed real countries, real ports, real goods. On the Africa line, TLIP processed over 180,000 commercial invoices and more than 300,000 declarations; at the UK border, they ran a pilot with over 2,000 batches of frozen poultry shipped from Poland, with data arriving at regulators up to twenty hours early; for export documents from Kenya to the UK, what used to take eight hours by air or three weeks by sea can now be obtained within five minutes. The British government even assigned four Cabinet Office staff to work full-time on this for an entire year.

And its ambition goes beyond that. Late last year, @iota, together with the African Continental Free Trade Area Secretariat, the World Economic Forum, and the Tony Blair Institute, launched a plan called ADAPT, built directly on TWIN. The goal is to connect all 55 African countries into the same open digital trade infrastructure by 2035, doubling intra-African trade and unlocking over $70 billion in additional trade value. The first step was taken in May this year, with Kenya, Morocco, and Nigeria becoming the first three countries to adopt it, located in East Africa, North Africa, and West Africa respectively. This is no longer a pilot for some project—it's an entire continent in motion.

I stared at these numbers for a long time. Because this isn't about how blockchain will change trade in the future—it's a running record of changes already happening. A single cross-border trade can involve thirty stakeholders, thirty-six documents, and over two hundred paper copies. This kind of mess isn't something trivial inside Web3; it's a shit mountain that global trade has been failing to clean up for decades. What IOTA is doing now is turning the chain into the trust and audit layer within trade, rather than launching another on-chain application that nobody remembers after a hundred days.

TWIN has only been live for a year, and it has already gone from a concept to a real-world pilot spanning Africa and the UK. If this speed doesn't sound fast in Web3, just look at it within the context of global trade to understand how hard it is! It has to negotiate one by one with governments, customs, ports, and exporters, slowly piecing together a process where no one is willing to give up control first, into a network that everyone can use but no single party controls. Being able to push this through to actual implementation within a year already speaks volumes.

In a bull market, everyone competes on who tells the best story; in a bear market, you can see clearly who's quietly grinding away. There are too many projects out there telling a story that even they can't explain where it will land. But @iota这十年 seems to have slowly brought that story to life—in East African flowers, Polish poultry, and the four hundred dollars a Kenyan exporter saves every month.

When to buy really doesn't matter; what matters is buying, and buying consistently.
The level of valuation doesn't matter, nor does the alternation of bull and bear markets; what matters is buying continuously.

$11 LAB: Are You Bottom-Fishing, or Catching a Falling Knife?

Thirty days ago it was $27, and today it has fallen to $11. On July 14, 313 zero-cost investors are about to unlock—when you rush in now, are you catching the diamond-bottom, or are you helping the market maker by catching the last baton?

First thing: 313 zero-cost players are counting down

Blockchain analytics platform Bubblemaps has exposed a piece of data:

There are 313 presale investors, who put in a total of $1.428 million.

How much are these tokens worth today? $977 million.

$1.42 million turning into $977 million—that’s up 684x.

Most importantly: on July 14, they unlock.

Their cost is approaching zero.

Every $1 they sell for is pure profit for them.

Tell me—will they sell or not?

Second thing: 95% of the chips are in insiders’ hands

On-chain sleuth ZachXBT published a long post back in May—insiders control more than 95% of LAB tokens.

Even more outrageous: CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, and RootData all report different circulating supplies. To date, the official team has not published a clear token allocation breakdown.

And there’s another thing: DeFi protocol PiggyBank executed a basis trade with LAB, but the result was market manipulation—hedging failed, and the USDC treasury directly suffered a 15% drawdown.

Even professional institutions got carved up trading LAB. Do you think you can be smarter than institutions?

Bull vs. bear—you decide for yourself:

On one side (bulls spin a story):

The product is real: the mobile app is live, and the trading rewards season is underway.

The buyback plan buys every month—already 22 million tokens have been repurchased.

On rebounds, volume expands; on pullbacks, volume contracts—this is a typical institutional accumulation structure.

RSI drops to 27.38, deeply oversold—historically, positions like this have a very high probability of rebounding.

Funding rate is -0.2773%—shorts are paying to hold. Once a rebound happens, a short squeeze can push the price to the sky.

On the other side (bears tell the truth):

On July 14, 313 zero-cost investors unlock.

95% of the supply is in the hands of insiders.

FDV is severely inflated; circulating supply is only 31%.

ZachXBT warns of “retail slaughter.”

The PiggyBank manipulation incident has already blown up.

BTC is barely hanging around near $60K—high-beta coins could catch up and drop again at any moment.

Key levels

Resistance above: 13 → 14.9 → 16.5 → 17 → 20.2

Support below: 11 → 10.5 → 8.7

Current price: 11.22. Up to 17 is a 51% move; down to 8.7 is a 22% drop.

It looks like the odds are decent, but don’t forget—the unlock bomb hasn’t gone off yet.

For those already holding:

If it rebounds to 13–14.5, sell in batches—at least 50%. For the rest, place a stop-loss at 10.5 and let the profits run.

For those who are on the sidelines and want to bottom-fish:

Wait for a pullback to 11–11.5. After you see 1-hour timeframe selling pressure easing with a volume burst and confirmation that price stops falling, enter with a light position.

Keep the stop-loss strictly at 10.5. First target: take profit at 13—sell half, then reassess if it breaks above.

For those looking to short:

Around 13–14.5, if it can’t climb with shrinking volume, short with a light position. Targets: 11 → 10.5 → 8.7. Place the stop-loss above 15. Shorting before the unlock is more comfortable than going long.

Position control:

Per trade, do not exceed 2–3% of total capital.

This thing can drop 20% in a day—and then drop another 20%.

Going all-in is an illness—you need to treat it.

Can you bottom-fish LAB now?

What you see is the “golden pit” falling from 27 to 11.

What the market maker sees is “684x profit” from 0 to 11.

LAB isn’t without a future—if its trading volume keeps growing and the buyback execution stays solid, then yes, it really has a chance long-term.

But the current script is:

313 zero-cost players are about to unlock + 95% of the supply is controlled + manipulation controversy + the broader market is weak.

Not every crash is called a “golden pit.”

Some pits are graves the market maker dug for you. #0成本拿2股SK海力士 #Gate完成141只股票股息派发 $BTC $ETH $LAB

59300 USD BTC, can you handle it?

Strategy is going to sell 1.25 billion USD worth of BTC, ETF outflows in June were 40 billion, price dropped from 126000 to 59000, a 53% decline—the man who said "never sell" is starting to waver, and you're still holding?

Down 5.4% in the past 7 days, down 18.5% in the past month. 24-hour volume is normal, but the price just won't rise—the psychological threshold of 60,000 was broken easily.

First thing: Strategy is going to sell coins

Brothers, this is more serious than ETF outflows.

Michael Saylor, the man who said "I will never sell Bitcoin," the man who turned his company into a Bitcoin leveraged ETF—

Strategy announced: may sell up to 1.25 billion USD of BTC to supplement cash reserves.

This is the first time in five years.

The banner of faith has fallen.

Second thing: ETF outflows of 40 billion in June, worst in history

Spot BTC ETFs recorded a net outflow of approximately 4 billion USD in June.

This is the worst month since ETFs were approved in January 2024.

The Coinbase premium has turned negative—Americans are not only not buying, they are selling.

The Put/Call ratio has hit a one-year high, with traders frantically buying put options for protection.

Third thing: The macro environment changed overnight

Federal Reserve meeting on June 17:

Interest rate maintained at 3.50%-3.75%

Dot plot hints at at least one rate hike

Median interest rate for end of 2026 raised to 3.8%

Inflation expectations significantly revised upward

No rate cuts in 2026, possibly even rate hikes.

The "loose liquidity" logic that supported Bitcoin's surge in recent years has officially collapsed.

May CPI was 4.2% year-over-year, still rising.

The first move by new Fed Chair Warsh was a hawkish statement.

BTC, as a high-beta asset, takes the first hit.

Bull vs. Bear, you decide:

On one side (bullish):

Hash rate at all-time high, network extremely secure

Price down over 53% from ATH, valuation corrected

Historical cycles show no capitulation by miners before a bottom, but it's close

Long-term holders' HODL wave still shows a lot of chips unmoved

On the other side (bearish):

Strategy sells coins for the first time, faith shattered

ETF outflows of 40 billion in June, institutions retreating

Fed not cutting rates, possibly even raising

60,000 level broken, technicals fully bearish

Put/Call ratio at one-year high, market extremely fearful

Key levels

Upper resistance: 60,000 (psychological) → 62,000-62,500 (bulls' lifeline) → $64,400

Lower support: 58,000 (recent low) → 55,000-58,000 (put option concentration zone) → 50,000

Currently at 59,300, can't break above 60,000, can't hold below 58,000.

The last fortress for bulls is at 58,000. Break it, and it's 50,000.

Short-term traders:

Shorting strategy: Light short near 60,000, stop loss at 61,500, targets 58,000 → 55,000.

Longing strategy: Wait for strong support zone at 58,000-58,500, enter long only after seeing a bullish volume candle, stop loss at 57,200, targets 60,000-62,000.

Swing traders:

Wait for daily close above 60,000 with increased volume before considering longs.

Or wait for panic selling below 55,000 to bottom-fish.

Long-term DCA investors:

Start small, batch buying below 55,000, fixed monthly amount, don't go all in at once.

Control overall position to within 10-20% of total assets.

Watch for a clear decline in hash rate—that's a historic bottom signal.

Risk management core:

Always set stop losses.

Never go all in.

Never hold losing positions.

Saylor shouted "never sell" for five years, now he's considering selling.

You shouted "HODL" for five years, how are you doing now?

In a bull market, faith is valuable.

In a bear market, cash is valuable.

BTC is still BTC, the network hasn't collapsed, hash rate is at an all-time high, and it might still be here in ten years.

But whether your position can survive ten years depends on whether you set a stop loss today. #0成本拿2股SK海力士 #Gate完成141只股票股息派发 $BTC $ETH $SOL

Tonight is France vs Sweden, and I personally favor France to advance.

France has been stable in the group stage, with strong offensive firepower. Their front line can press, drive, and solve problems with individual skill. Sweden certainly has a chance—they are strong in physical duels, direct on the counter, and dangerous from set pieces. But if it comes down to sustained pressure and positional attacks, France has a higher ceiling.

However, in knockout matches, you can't just look at the stats on paper. Germany and the Netherlands have already stumbled, showing that when strong teams struggle to break through, the game becomes very uncomfortable. So I won't blindly chase a high-scoring match in this one; I lean more toward France advancing, or at least France not losing in regular time.
