🚨 BITCOIN IS MOVING, BUT THE REAL STORY IS HAPPENING IN THE FUTURES MARKET.
Over the past week, futures buyers have stayed active even while price has struggled to break out. Open interest has cooled slightly, funding has moved back toward neutral, yet buying pressure has remained stronger than selling. That usually tells me leverage is becoming healthier instead of overheating.
The liquidation map also gives a few important clues.
Right now, a large cluster of short liquidations sits around $65.5K–66K. If BTC pushes into that area, forced short liquidations could add extra buying pressure and quickly send price toward $67K.
On the downside, the first support zone sits around $63.5K–63.7K, followed by stronger liquidity near $63K and $62.5K. These are the areas I'd watch if the market pulls back.
The interesting part is that long-side liquidity is still much larger than short-side liquidity. That suggests many leveraged long positions are still open, which means volatility hasn't disappeared it has simply shifted.
There is also a much bigger liquidation pocket around $55K. I don't think it matters unless Bitcoin starts losing the key support levels above. As long as those supports hold, that deeper liquidity is just something to keep in mind, not something to expect.
For now, I think the market is still trading inside a broad $60K–67K range. Until one side of that range breaks with conviction, liquidity, not headlines, is likely to keep deciding where Bitcoin moves next.

Fed Officials Call for Rate Hikes, While the Market Tells You to Shut Up

First, take a look at two news items:

News 1: Yesterday, Federal Reserve official Loregn said publicly that the Fed “should raise interest rates to deal with stubborn inflation.” The June CPI data isn’t enough to convince her that inflation has returned to a path toward the 2% target. She suggested she might vote against at the FOMC meeting at the end of July.

News 2: At the same time, CME FedWatch data shows the market is pricing in an 88.8% probability that the Fed will keep rates unchanged in July.

One official is calling for rate hikes. The market is telling you: shut up.

Who is Loregn? Not an ordinary official

Loregn is the Dallas Fed president, and she has a voting right on the FOMC this year. She is the first official to publicly call for rate hikes since Wosh took office.

And her wording is extremely direct—raise rates; a month-on-month CPI drop isn’t enough; she leans toward modest rate hikes.

In other words: she thinks inflation isn’t going to work out, and in July she wants to vote no.

Even Fed Vice Chair Jefferson, while saying “the current monetary policy stance is good,” added one more line: if inflation can’t cool down quickly, “then perhaps we should reconsider our current policy stance.”

Hawks are gathering. And the market is sleeping.

The CME data is right here:

July: Keep unchanged 88.8%, hike 25 bps 11.2%

September: Keep unchanged 48.8%, hike 25 bps 46.2%—a coin flip

The market thinks a July rate hike is impossible, so it will flip a coin in September.

So what is Loregn saying? She’s saying the time to hike is now.

How big is this gap? Big enough to trigger violent swings across the entire risk-asset complex around the end-of-July FOMC meeting.

Bitcoin is currently hovering near $64,000, just having pulled back from the $65,500 peak. The CPI-good news has already been digested, and ETF outflows are still ongoing. At a time like this, if you add an unexpected rate hike or a strong hawkish signal—how do you think BTC will move?

There are two kinds of people in the market right now:

First, those betting that nothing will change in July, and nothing will change in September either. They believe inflation has already peaked, and that Wosh’s zero-tolerance stance is just tough talk. These people are holding full long positions now, waiting for rate-cut expectations to ignite the rally.

Second, those betting that Loregn isn’t fighting alone. They believe the first FOMC minutes after Wosh took office have already turned hawkish; the drop in the June CPI is just a temporary fall in energy prices, while core inflation remains stubborn. These people have already been trimming risk, or positioning for hedges.

Which one are you?

My take: Don’t bet on direction—bet on how they respond

Before the end-of-July FOMC, more data still needs to come out. The divergence between officials’ statements and the market’s pricing will be tested, again and again, by the data.

But one thing is certain: the bigger the disagreement, the bigger the volatility.

Bitcoin has just pulled back from the $65,500 high, and the technical picture has already entered a correction cycle. At a time like this, if another policy-side “surprise” comes—whether it’s a rate hike or no hike—the market’s first reaction is always to sell first out of caution.

“In front of the Fed, all technicals are made of paper.”

Final three lines

1. Loregn calls for rate hikes, and the market treats it like fart—but when too many people are farting, the stench will burn everyone.

2. The probability of a September rate hike is already 46.2%. This isn’t a “low-probability event”—this is a coin flip.

3. In a bull market, death comes from rate-hike expectations; in a bear market, death comes from rate-hike execution—and now, we’re stuck in the middle, with no way forward. #PreIPOs第二期OpenAI认购 #盘前合约上线长鑫存储 #台积电Q2净利暴增77.4% $BTC $ETH $

TSMC’s profit surges 77%, yet its stock crashes! Is the “AI narrative” in the crypto space also cooling off?

One company: net profit up a jaw-dropping 77% year over year, hitting an all-time high, gross margin at 67.7% beating expectations, full-year revenue guidance raised from 30% to 40%—and then the stock plummets 5% in premarket trading.

This isn’t a trash-stock blowup. This is TSMC, the king of global semiconductor foundry.

“The stronger the fundamentals, the heavier the selling pressure”—this line is becoming the most painful market truth of 2026.

On July 16 Beijing time, TSMC delivered a flawless report. In the early hours of the next day, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged 4.29% in a single day, with a cumulative pullback of more than 22% from the mid-June peak, officially slipping into a technical bear market.

SK hynix ADR fell 13.48%, SanDisk dropped 12.63%, Seagate slid 10%, and Western Digital fell 9%. Micron’s decline from its all-time high is already over 30%. The memory sector is strewn with wreckage.

What are retail investors doing? Escaping. Last week they net sold $125 million worth of SanDisk stock, the #1 individual stock net seller across the whole market. Apple and Tesla were net sold $120 million and $105 million, respectively. Retail trading volume in individual stocks has surged to a record $370 billion—entirely selling.

But what does all this have to do with you?

If you only hold BTC, you might think, “This is someone else’s business.”

If you hold any AI-themed coins—RNDR, AKT, TAO—then this is your business. And it could be a big one.

Once you understand this transmission chain, you’ll get it:

The better TSMC’s performance → the more the market worries AI capex won’t be sustainable → memory stocks collapse → money starts questioning the entire AI investment return cycle → assets that rely on “AI compute demand” narratives get repriced

The endpoint of this chain is the AI compute tokens in the crypto space.

Morgan Stanley is unequivocal: DRAM contract price growth is expected to peak in Q4 2026, and it will be difficult to see another situation like the previous one where it surged four times in a year. The valuations of memory companies need to be reassessed.

People who sell shovels to AI—maybe they won’t be able to sell shovels anymore.

So what do those coins that tell stories based on “selling compute” do?

What’s the core narrative of projects like RNDR, AKT, TAO? AI compute demand explodes—we provide decentralized compute.

Now the most top-tier AI compute suppliers in the world—TSMC, Nvidia, SK hynix—have all seen their stocks crash. If even their shovels aren’t wanted, why would your decentralized compute platform be the one to stay fine?

Even harsher data: tracking an index of token consumption tied to users’ actual compute spending, it is down nearly 20% from the May peak. Growth in AI compute consumption is clearly slowing.

Tether’s CEO warned just a couple of days ago: AI tech giants are subsidizing compute to attract users, burning big money to build hardware that will be depreciated after 3–5 years.

Burn cash to grab market share → the more users, the more everyone loses → capex can’t be sustained → valuation logic collapses.

This logic chain runs from US stocks to the crypto market, word for word.

Now look back at the valuations of those AI compute tokens—do you really think the current pullback is enough?

Micron is down more than 30% from its historical high, and SanDisk has entered a technical bear market. And what about RNDR, AKT, TAO? Their valuation logic is built on the assumption that “AI demand always keeps rising.”

But that assumption is being rewritten.

Goldman Sachs has labeled this selloff as systematic pressure across the entire AI sector. Bloomberg strategists noted that the chip-stock selloff has approached the “technical threshold” that has seen multiple selloffs and rebounds in recent years, but whether it can stabilize “still depends on whether hyperscale cloud giants continue to raise their AI capex expectations.”

In plain terms: if the giants themselves start cutting budgets, who are you going to tell your “decentralized compute” story to?

Finally, a heartfelt takeaway:

“Don’t treat the memory-stock crash as ‘someone else’s business.’ When capital starts questioning AI’s ROI, the valuation logic behind those coins that tell stories of ‘selling shovels to AI’ is being rewritten.”

This isn’t bearish propaganda. It’s to help you see clearly: the macro narrative has changed, and the asset class you hold may not be what you thought.

The valuation of AI compute tokens is no longer “a matter inside crypto.” It’s tied to expectations for capital expenditure by global tech giants. Once the giants begin to shrink, the first assets cut are the “story-driven” ones. #PreIPOs第二期OpenAI认购 #盘前合约上线长鑫存储 #台积电Q2净利暴增77.4% $SKHY $BTC $MU

Hey~ In recent times, the update pace of large language models worldwide has clearly accelerated, and domestic models have also begun to keep ramping up in parameter scale, context length, and Agent capabilities.
This time, Kimi K3 directly goes with 2.8 trillion parameters and a 1 million Tokens context. Its target has also shifted beyond ordinary conversation toward long-range programming and complex knowledge work. This change indicates that competition among large models is no longer just about whether they can “respond like a human,” but whether they can truly handle complex tasks.
In the future, the models that are genuinely valuable may not be the ones that chat with you the longest, but the ones that—after you give it a goal—can really get the job done a few hours later.

$ETH is quietly forming a setup that has appeared before.

Historically, whenever the Russell 2000 reached a new all-time high, Ethereum delivered some of its strongest gains in the following 12–18 months.

The Russell has once again broken into new highs.

If history repeats, Ethereum could have much more room to run than most investors currently expect.

MU worth $867—would you dare to bottom-fish?

First, look at the surface: a barrage of bad news, panic and stampede.

From the June historical high of 1255, it crashed 30% to 852, then fell another 4–5% in a single day; the drop over 5 days was more than 10%, and down over 20% in a month. Trading volume clearly expanded, with longs getting slaughtered. The candlesticks tell you: 850 is supported by the 50 SMA plus the early-stage double-bottom pattern; the RSI has fallen from overbought to neutral—panic has been pushed to the extreme, and a rebound is ready to trigger.

First thing: Are Koreans snatching orders? You might be getting led by the script.

China’s CXMT competition, SK hynix’s IPO draining liquidity—media piles all the bad news onto your face, making you feel like “Micron is finished.”

But if you look closely—Micron has just signed multi-year AI memory supply agreements with Qualcomm, Denso, and Hyundai Mobis. When big customers sign long-term contracts, what does that mean? Capacity has already been locked in.

Same news—first time the market dumped it, second time the market directly ignored it. What is “excessive panic”? This is it. Retail investors are still cutting positions wildly, while KeyBanc has raised its price target to 1750.

Second thing: HBM is the “chip bottleneck” for AI, and Micron is the only U.S. player.

Even if Nvidia’s AI chips are strong, without high-bandwidth HBM memory, it’s basically scrap metal.

Micron is one of the world’s top three HBM makers—and the only U.S.-based manufacturer.

The supply-demand gap is expected to last until 2027—shortage persists, and the logic for price increases stays the same.

In the last quarter, EPS beat expectations by 20%+ and revenue grew sharply. The stock price is down 30%, but the company is earning more money than before.

Third thing: A technical signal has appeared that you must take seriously.

$850 is support from the 50 SMA plus a previous breakout level. On the 4-hour chart, a bullish reversal candlestick setup is forming; the MACD is about to form a golden cross, and the RSI has cooled back to neutral.

But $950–982 is the first strong resistance. Is it a direct break back to 1000, or will it get dumped again to 800?

Longs vs. shorts—judge for yourself.

One side is:

Strong support at 850 holds + reversal candlestick pattern

HBM supply-demand gap continues to 2027

Auto giants sign long-term deals locking demand

Analyst target price 1750, with a 50% discount to the current price

The other side is:

Down 30% from 1255—trend has been broken

Competition intensifies + SK hynix’s IPO drains liquidity

High rates suppress growth stocks

If the Nasdaq collapses, MU will likely fall with it

Key levels

Resistance above: $950–982 → 1030+ → $1200–1500

Support below: $850 → 817–800

For short-term traders:

Around 850, build a long position in batches with light leverage; stop loss at 820; first target $950–982.

For swing traders:

Wait for a daily chart breakout with volume to reclaim $950, then enter with heavy size on the right side; targets $1200–1500. If $850 breaks, stay on the sidelines and look to bottom-fish around the $800 area.

For long-term believers:

Build positions in batches below $850. The AI memory super-cycle isn’t over—this is just a violent shakeout on the way up. The 2027 targets are $1500–$1750, betting on sustained HBM scarcity plus Micron’s advantage as the only U.S.-based manufacturer. But remember—set your stop loss. Semiconductors can be harsher than crypto.

Micron right now is like Nvidia in 2023—

99% of people think “it’s gone up too much and must crash,” and yet it went from 400 to 1200.

On the day the $950 level breaks, you’ll realize:

It’s not that Micron isn’t good—it’s that you get scared off by bad news every time. #盘前合约上线长鑫存储 #PreIPOs第二期OpenAI认购 #夏日创作营 $BTC $MU $SKHY

Eight top signs you were born to make big money:

1. Extreme hatred of wasting time
When you see people around you squandering their time, you feel inexplicably irritated. It’s not because you lack patience—it’s because your brain automatically calculates the opportunity cost of wasting every minute. This isn’t the mindset of ordinary people. It’s the money-making brain you were born with.
2. Everything can be broken down
From a young age, you were obsessed with studying how things work: business models, system architecture, laws of human nature, and the flow of money. You’re not just experiencing this world—you’re dismantling it. Most people, even those who have never once thought to ask why.
3. A guilt you can’t rest from
You can’t comfortably do nothing and be idle. Vacation makes you feel out of place; lazy weekends make you feel like you’re wasting your life. Your brain even treats rest as a threat, because it knows there’s a bigger cause waiting for you to build.
4. A built-in sharp business radar
You can spot opportunities anywhere: in casual talk, in trouble, in other people’s complaints. While everyone is staring at the problem, your brain has already started thinking about how to profit by solving it. You can’t shut off this instinct.
5. Pursuing maximum choice
For you, making money has never been about buying things. Money means freedom, more choices, and never having to depend on anyone. Just this mindset alone sets you apart from 95% of ordinary people who only think about what to buy next.
6. Taking action ahead of time
While peers are still confused or daydreaming, you already start doing things. Whether it’s entrepreneurship, building IP, trading investments, or going all-in on a skill. Acting early is the strongest indicator of whether someone can gain long-term wealth.
7. Extremely rational review-and-reflect thinking
When facing losses, you choose to learn from them instead of endlessly complaining. When something goes wrong, your first reaction isn’t sadness—it’s a cold, analytical question: “Where did it go wrong? How do I fix it?”
8. Cognitive superiority that crushes at a higher dimension
You often feel like you can’t blend into your peers’ circles. While they’re still happily chatting about gossip and parties, your brain is already 5 years ahead, full of thoughts like: core assets, leverage, and compounding growth.

The weekend is almost here—take a moment to read the earnings report!
TSMC’s (TSM) second-quarter earnings overall met market expectations, and it also raised its full-year revenue and capital expenditure forecasts, indicating that AI demand remains strong
The company will continue to adopt a relatively steady pricing strategy, while accelerating expansion in the U.S. state of Arizona and strengthening its advanced packaging efforts to meet future AI customer needs
However, due to ongoing increases in capital expenditures along with a more conservative pricing strategy, profit margins in the next few quarters may not expand significantly, so there is relatively limited room for valuation improvement in the short term
ASML’s second-quarter earnings, meanwhile, were clearly better than market expectations, with revenue reaching €9.3 billion and a gross margin of 54%, both higher than the company’s previous guidance
At the same time, the company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to €43 billion to €45 billion, mainly benefiting from continued growth in customer demand for AI-driven logic chips and memory chips
In addition, ASML plans to increase annual production capacity of EUV and DUV immersion lithography machines by about 30% before 2027, and is also expected to expand further in 2028—overall, its growth outlook remains optimistic
Overall, demand across the AI industry chain is still very strong. ASML continues to benefit from rising demand for advanced process equipment, while TSMC chooses to prioritize expanding capacity and consolidating its long-term competitive advantage; even if short-term profit margins face pressure, it is laying the groundwork for growth in the coming years

Ethereum is approaching a critical inflection point.
Since 2021, $ETH has been building a multi-year accumulation range rather than establishing a structural downtrend.
Similar volatility compression preceded the expansion phases in previous cycles.
At the same time, the Russell 2000 has completed a multi-year base and is trading at new highs, suggesting improving risk appetite across markets.
If macro liquidity remains supportive, a confirmed breakout above the range high would shift #Ethereum from accumulation into price discovery.
The longer the accumulation, the greater the potential expansion.
