No wonder they’re Koreans—everyone goes all-in, even borrows to trade stocks: 1.2 million Korean retail investors lose 56 trillion won in leveraged ETFs

Korean people’s tweets right now are like:
1. Something happened at the company—one minister was forced to liquidate. While screaming that their life is over, they cried in the company hallway. They said the loan money is all gone; they have no money left.
2. All the retirement money has been wiped out. What should I do? I’m already having a hard time, but there are people even more miserable than me all over the company.
2. Someone said we should go to the rooftop; so we blocked all the roads.
3. Every day we’re getting liquidated. Can’t afford a Seoul house, so we can only invest in KOSPI.
4. The money for a house they saved over years vanished overnight—leaving only debt. They don’t dare tell their family. They wanted to save 10 years of work, but now they have to work 10 more years.

Giving unsolicited lessons is the beginning of making enemies. You need to encourage foolish people to stay foolish, and they will be grateful to you. But when you try to help them get out of foolishness, to them it is a blatant violation. You think you’re helping them, but they think you’re looking down on them. If people’s cognition isn’t on the same level, guidance becomes an offense. Others don’t ask—so don’t butt in. Others don’t seek—so don’t instruct. We should respect every frog at the bottom of a well and its own sky.

BTC worth $64,300—dare you to bet on it?

First look at the surface: long and short are locked in a tense standoff—no one dares to make the first move.

Today, BTC violently surged from around 62,700 back to 64,300, with a 24-hour swing of over 2,000 USD. But the weekly chart is still under pressure; after falling from the June–July highs, it has entered a compression pattern. The daily RSI is around 40–50, neutral. MACD has formed a dead cross, but momentum is weakening. All indicators are waiting for one person—the Federal Reserve Chair, Kevin Woush.

First thing: this isn’t a normal FOMC—it’s the “hardest-to-predict” one in history.

At 2:00 a.m. Beijing time on July 30, the Fed will release its interest rate decision.

The market expects the probability of keeping the range unchanged at 3.50%-3.75% to be 66%-69.5%.

But the probability of a 25 bps rate hike is as high as 30.5%-33.7%.

JPMorgan expects at least two hawkish dissenting votes. Goldman Sachs expects 1-4 rate-hike dissenting votes.

Second thing: ETFs are moving, but you might be misled by the data.

On July 29, Bitcoin spot ETFs saw net outflows of $49.75 million, the fourth consecutive day of net outflows, totaling about $526 million over four days.

BlackRock’s IBIT had net outflows of $54.83 million in one day, while Grayscale’s Bitcoin mini trust ETF still recorded net inflows of $5.08 million.

Cumulative net inflows remain as high as $51.3B, with total net assets at $77.2B, accounting for 6.02% of BTC’s total market cap.

Over the past 7 days, Ethereum ETFs saw net inflows of about $71.17 million, while Bitcoin ETFs saw net outflows of about $200 million. Institutional capital is withdrawing from BTC and rotating into ETH.

Third thing: a technical signal has appeared that must be taken seriously.

BTC violently bounced back from 62,600 to 64,300. Short-term moving averages have turned upward, and support at the lows is clear. Perpetual contract funding rates are tilting negative, and options skew to the right indicates a surge in demand for downside hedging.

Long versus short—you decide.

One side is:

A violent rebound from 62,600; short-term moving averages turning up

Fear index at 29, extremely bearish sentiment, rebound window open

Cumulative ETF net inflows of $51.3B—institutional foundation hasn’t moved

If it holds steady + dovish wording → a violent rebound aiming directly at 67–68k

The other side is:

Rate-hike probability at 31.5%, rare in recent years

Goldman expects 1-4 dissenting votes; the statement may acknowledge upside inflation risks

ETF net outflows for four straight days totaling $526 million

If an unexpected rate hike occurs → BTC accelerates to test 60k and even 58k

Key levels

Overhead resistance: 64,500-65,500 → 66,000-67,000 → 70,000

Support below: 62,500-63,500 → 60k-61,000 → 58k

Tonight’s FOMC (extremely high volatility):

After the decision lands, wait 30 minutes to 1 hour—after the market digests the first wave of sentiment—then act.

For short-term traders:

Hold steady + slightly dovish: buy the dip at 63,500-64,000, stop-loss at 62,500, target 67,000-68k

Unexpected rate hike: wait for a drop to 60k-61,000 to stabilize before considering bottom-picking—don’t catch a falling knife

Position ≤20%, leverage ≤5x

For swing traders:

Wait until the decision lands. Hold steady + slightly dovish → add on the right side after a breakout above 66,000. Unexpected rate hike → do staged dollar-cost averaging below 60k; look for long-term value.

BTC right now is like a person walking a tightrope with eyes covered—

On one side, a 31.5% rate-hike probability;

On the other, institutional core holdings accumulated via ETFs totaling $68k.

After tonight, either there’s a violent rebound, or it accelerates into deeper lows.

Which side will you stand on tonight?

ETH worth $1,910— the Fed’s ruling tonight!

First, the surface: the bounce is in place, wait for the direction.

From the late-June low of 1,500-1,600, it pushed all the way to 1,980, up 25%. Now it’s pulling back to 1,910, and the monthly chart is still up 20%. The 24-hour range is extremely tight, and trading volume is clearly shrinking. The 1,850-1,900 zone has defended multiple times with good effectiveness. RSI is neutral at 50-60, and MACD is sticking together. Either you break out of 2,000 with volume to start the second wave, or you lose 1,850 and retest 1,750—no middle option.

First thing: tonight’s FOMC—this could be ETH’s “judgment day.”

The market expects the interest rate to stay unchanged, but the real risk is in the wording.

They’ve already “dovished” twice, and the market was saved both times. But if tonight’s statement turns hawkish—hinting at another rate hike this year and not rushing to cut rates—BTC could dump straight away out of respect, and ETH, as a high-beta altcoin, would fall even harder.

On the other hand, if the statement turns dovish—acknowledging economic slowdown and pointing to a loosening path—

ETH is the spring with the biggest elasticity.

Second thing: ETFs are bargain-hunting, staking is locked up, but retail is panicking.

Spot ETH ETFs have seen net inflows for consecutive weeks, and some periods even outperformed BTC ETFs. Institutions like BitMine are increasing holdings and staking ETH. The staking rate is already at 32-33%—nearly one-third of the supply is locked away. The exit queue is extremely short; nobody wants to sell.

Big whales are buying, retail is watching, and the market makers are waiting for a piece of news to trigger a surge.

Worse still: large staking migration optimizations like Lido are underway, and institution-grade staking yield products are rolling out. ETF products have already begun supporting staking yield in part—meaning ETH has gained the attribute of an “income-generating asset.”

Third thing: the technicals are at a level where it must make a statement.

That 1,910 level is exactly the pivot between bulls and bears.

If you hold 1,850-1,900 → form a double bottom / rising wedge → after breaking 2,000, the target is 2,180

If you can’t hold 1,850 → retest 1,800-1,840 → even 1,750

Trading volume continues to shrink—quietness before the storm.

Bull-bear showdown, you decide.

One side is:

ETF continues net inflows, institutions keep accumulating

Staking rate at 33%, supply extremely locked

Bounced 25% from 1,500, trend already turned bullish

If FOMC is dovish, it flies straight up

The other side is:

If FOMC is hawkish, it could give back all the gains

Volume is fading, and long confidence is insufficient

The 2,000 psychological level is under heavy pressure

High macro uncertainty—risk assets can be dumped anytime

Key levels

Overhead resistance: 1,950-1,970 → 2,000 (psychological) → 2,100-2,200

Support: 1,850-1,900 → 1,800-1,840 → 1,750

Fed turns dovish:

Pull back to 1,900-1,920 and go long directly, stop loss below 1,850, targets 2,000-2,100. If there’s a high-volume breakout above 2,000, add more to look toward 2,180.

Fed turns hawkish:

Wait until it drops to 1,800-1,850 to stabilize before entering—don’t bottom-fish on the halfway slope. If it breaks 1,800, stand aside and wait for deeper support around 1,750.

For mid-term holders:

As long as ETH doesn’t break 1,850, the holding thesis stays the same. After a move above 2,000, look to 2,100-2,200. If it breaks 1,800, cut positions first to defend.

Remember forever: around FOMC, don’t touch high leverage. One needle can graduate you.

ETH right now is like BTC in July 2020—

ETFs are buying, staking is locked, and the macro is waiting for direction. The night before a breakout is always the quietest.

On the day it breaks 2,000, you’ll realize:

It’s not that ETH can’t— it’s that every time you get shaken out of the car before the news.

HYPE at $54—dare you catch this falling knife?

First, look at the surface: panic and a stampede out, rivers of blood.

HYPE has been dumped all the way from its 76.8 ATH down to 54, with a cumulative drawdown of nearly 30%. In the past 24 hours alone, it once fell more than 10%, and its market cap evaporated to 13.8 billion. On the weekly chart, it’s down more than 8%, making it the hardest-hit among the top 10 by market cap. RSI dropped to 29.42—deeply oversold. A MACD death cross confirms the bearish structure, and price is testing support at the lower Bollinger Band around $53. Either $54 holds and reverses, or it cascades to 50.

First thing: $600 million unlocks to dump pressure, but you might already be scared stiff.

At 7:00 a.m. Beijing time on July 29, 9.92 million HYPE tokens were unlocked, worth $600 million—about 4% of the circulating supply.

Sounds terrifying? The market has already dropped 28% early to digest this negative catalyst. From 76.85 in mid-June to 54 now, the smart money already exited. Whoever is still riding the train now is either a dead long, or someone who simply has no idea what’s happening today.

Second thing: the protocol is still making money—and making a killing.

Although HYPE’s price has fallen, Hyperliquid’s fundamentals haven’t broken at all.

Open interest: $11.45 billion, at the 2026 peak level
24-hour perpetual contract trading volume: over $9.29 billion
Daily generates about $2.2 million in fees and $1.51 million in protocol revenue
RWA open interest hits a record: $9.92M

Total burned: 47.3 million HYPE, 4.73% of the total supply

Third thing: whales are adding in the face of adversity—you didn’t see it.

Right as Multicoin filed for token redemption and un-staking—

A suspected a16z address, via 20 wallets, staked 2.785 million HYPE, worth about $164 million.

Another whale-linked wallet staked 2.93 million HYPE in the past 24 hours; its average entry price is only $44, with an unrealized profit of about $44.5 million.

Fourth thing: KYC panic + SK Hynix’s sudden crash—sentiment has already hit rock bottom.

In the past two days, HYPE’s crash has four driving forces:

First, the market worries Hyperliquid will start enforcing KYC. The testnet HIP-3 adds a whitelist feature, and many people mistakenly think it means full KYC. But in reality, this feature only applies to that single deploying party’s market—native markets and other HIP-3 markets remain permissionless. It harms short-term expectations of “fully permissionless,” but long-term it may open the door for U.S. institutions and traditional capital.

Second, on July 28, SK Hynix’s perpetual contracts flash-crashed about 18% due to an oracle anomaly, triggering liquidations of over $57 million. Before one Korean alternative exchange opened, a trade with extremely low single-order liquidity executed at nearly 30% below, directly feeding into the contract oracle. This isn’t a problem with Hyperliquid’s core chain—it’s a vulnerability in the third-party deployer’s own pricing mechanism.

Third, the Iran-U.S. tensions suppress risk appetite.

Fourth, a double top technically—HYPE has been knocked down twice around the $76 area.

With four negative catalysts hitting at the same time, the price won’t fall—what a surprise.

Long vs short—judge for yourself

One side is (the longs):

RSI 29.42 extremely oversold; historically a 90% probability of rebound
Protocol daily revenue: $1.51 million; buybacks keep running
Open interest: $11.45 billion, setting a new annual high
Whales stake 2.93 million in the opposite direction; suspected a16z adds too
Grayscale valuation model shows HYPE is undervalued
RWA weekly trading volume: $25.1 billion—over 50% of platform trades

The other side is (the shorts):

The $600 million unlock just happened—there is real supply shock
Multicoin and Selini Capital transferred $130 million to exchanges
In the next 7 days, there are still 6.93 million tokens to be un-staked
ETF net outflows for three straight weeks
If FOMC turns hawkish, macro headwinds stack on top of everything

Key levels

Resistance: 57-58 → 60-63 → 67-68 → 76.8 (ATH)
Support: 54-55 → 52-53 → 50 (200-day EMA + psychological level)

For short-term traders:

The market expectation for the FOMC decision stays at 3.50%-3.75%. If it’s dovish (risk assets take off), HYPE may violently rebound; if it’s hawkish, it continues under pressure.

Wait for the FOMC to land before making a move.
Longs: wait for the $54-55 support zone to stabilize, then test a long with a light position; stop loss below 50; targets 57-60.
Shorts: if it breaks below 52 with volume and the breakdown is confirmed, follow the short to 50; use a strict stop loss.

For swing traders:

If price quickly digests 52-55 and reclaims above 57 with volume, get in on the right-side confirmation; target 65-70. If it breaks below 50 and there’s no rebound, don’t catch a falling knife—wait for stabilization signals.

For long-term believers:

Treat HYPE as an “on-chain Nasdaq” to hold. Platform daily revenue is $1.51 million, annualized 550M, and buybacks and contraction are running continuously. RWA trading volume has already surpassed crypto assets; the HIP-4 prediction market is expanding. The end-2026 target is 80-100+—betting on institutional adoption + an RWA explosion.

HYPE right now is like SOL in 2022—

99% think “the chain is finished,” and then it surged from $8 to $200.

At $54, is it a gold pit or a meat grinder?

The answer isn’t in the candlesticks—it’s in how you manage your position. #USD1持币生息最高8% #GateCard消费返现最高8% #长鑫开盘跌7.7% $BTC $SOL $HYPE

Wall Street finally learned this: staking returns go to you, management fees go to me

If you hold ETH and stake it in your wallet, the annualized yield is 3%-4%.

If you hold your ETH and put it into a certain ETF, the staking rewards get pocketed by the fund company—you get nothing.

Why?

Morgan Stanley just did something.

It launched an Ethereum spot ETP (MSSE) and a Solana spot ETP (MSOL), listed on NYSE Arca, with a management fee of 0.14%.

Is the fee low? Low.

But what really explodes isn’t the fee—

It’s what it explicitly says: participating in staking, and not retaining the staking rewards.

Translation: all the money you make from staking goes to you.

Do you know what that means?

Right now, most ETH spot ETFs on the market haven’t even opened staking.

You buy it, and the coins just sit in a custody wallet and gather dust. The 3%-4% staking yield has nothing to do with you. It’s not that the technology can’t do it—it’s that regulators don’t dare, and funds don’t want to.

Morgan Stanley made it happen this time.

Through compliant channels, traditional exchanges, and 100% of staking rewards are passed through to investors.

Wall Street is finally starting to do the right thing.

Will this design become a key driver for diverting capital?

Yes. And the impact could be bigger than you think.

Let’s look at the numbers: the current ETH staking yield is about 3%-4%, and SOL is about 7%-8%.

Holding ETH in the same way—

Buying a regular ETF: return = asset price gains/losses

Buying Morgan Stanley’s MSSE: return = asset price gains/losses + 3%-4% staking yield

Same risk, earn an extra slice of profit.

If you’re an investor, which one do you choose?

The harsher one is the SOL line.

Previously, SOL had almost no compliant spot products, let alone products with staking.

When Morgan Stanley’s MSOL launches, it’s like opening a compliant, yield-bearing SOL entry point for traditional capital.

A 7%-8% staking yield, in today’s macro environment, for traditional capital this is called “an attractive risk-free enhanced yield.”

Someone might say: staking rewards are only a few percentage points—who cares?

You have to understand that Wall Street plays the scale game.

BlackRock’s IBIT has assets under management in the hundreds of billions of dollars—an extra 1% annualized return is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Morgan Stanley’s 0.14% management fee is clearly thin-margin, high-volume—booking territory.

It earns from the scale of inflows, passes the staking rewards back to investors, and in return gets more capital flows.

This move is smart.

Alongside it, there are other news items that connect when you look at them together—

BlackRock transfers about $10.07 million in BTC and ETH to Coinbase Prime.

JPMorgan, Bank of America, Citigroup, and Wells Fargo team up to build a shared tokenized deposits network, planning to launch it in the first half of 2027.

Wall Street is accelerating—it's not just one company moving, it's all of them moving.

With Morgan Stanley’s ETP with staking returns, it’s basically telling everyone:

Competition in compliant crypto products has entered the “fight for yield” phase.

Whoever can pass through more returns to investors will capture more capital.

The only problem is:

ETH staking yields are still declining.

Based on the current trend, in a year it could fall below 3%.

Get in earlier and you’ll eat more.

By the time everyone can get staking rewards, that return might already be something you won’t care about. #USD1持币生息最高8% #GateCard消费返现最高8% #长鑫开盘跌7.7% $BTC $ETH $SOL

Left hand pays, right hand receives—NVIDIA’s latest move: is it a moat, or a ticking time bomb?

If a company borrows money to you on condition that you must use that money to buy its products.

Do you think this is angel investing, or a trap game?

This isn’t a joke. This is something genuinely happening in the AI industry right now.

First, two numbers.

$250 billion. $44 billion.

The former is the financing guarantee size NVIDIA is negotiating with OpenAI. The latter is the guarantee amount Google has already committed for third-party data center rentals—jumping from $6.5 billion all the way to $44 billion in one go.

Still can’t follow? Let me translate it for you.

OpenAI wants to lease a 10 GW data center in Ohio built by SoftBank. The total cost could be as high as $500 billion. But OpenAI hasn’t gone public, isn’t profitable, and has no credit rating—so banks won’t lend to it.

What do you do? NVIDIA steps up and says: I’ll guarantee it.

Once banks see NVIDIA’s endorsement, fine—then they’ll lend.

And then what? OpenAI leases the data center—what chips go inside? NVIDIA’s.

Taste that closed loop.

Google is doing something similar too: provide guarantees for Anthropic’s data center leasing, helping it secure a $35 billion loan. What’s the condition for the guarantee? Anthropic uses Google’s TPU chips.

You invest in me, you buy my chips, and I then guarantee your debt.

A whole sequence of moves, smooth and seamless.

This model has a name: “circular financing.”

Money flows out from big players, makes a full loop, and then comes back through chip procurement. Revenue grows, orders grow, growth grows—all of it looks great, as long as you don’t stop walking and check the bill.

What does the market think?

NVIDIA’s five-year CDS (which you can think of as the “price of debt insurance”) surged 14 basis points in a single day, setting a record high. The stock price fell 5% that day, and its market cap shed about $250 billion—roughly in line with the guarantee scale it’s negotiating.

Google’s CDS also hit a historical high of 67 basis points.

For someone lending money to others to buy their own products, its own credit comes under suspicion first.

Is this “supplier financing loop”—a moat, or risk accumulation?

If you say it’s a moat, the logic is like this:

By using guarantees, NVIDIA locks in OpenAI’s future compute purchase orders. If you don’t buy my chips, why would I back your $250 billion? This kind of deep linkage keeps competitors out of the door—AMD wants in? Then ask whether OpenAI dares to switch suppliers.

Also, this model doesn’t require NVIDIA to actually put $250 billion in cash—it only uses credit backing. But the order it unlocks is on the order of ten times. Turning off-balance-sheet credit into on-balance-sheet revenue—no matter how you算 the账, it’s hard to say it’s a loss.

But if you say it’s risk accumulation, the logic is painful:

What if OpenAI can’t pay the rent?

This isn’t a hypothetical.

OpenAI’s annualized revenue in 2025 is about $25 billion, but the compute commitments it has locked in through 2030 require about $280 billion in revenue to cover. How big is the gap? You do the math.

If OpenAI defaults, NVIDIA has to foot the bill. A $250 billion guarantee exposure is enough to punch holes in any company’s financial statements.

What’s even scarier is—this kind of off-balance-sheet guarantee isn’t even on the balance sheet.

Moody’s just warned that AI capital expenditures by six tech giants are expected to reach $785 billion in 2026, and will approach $1 trillion in 2027. Off-balance-sheet debt for five of these giants has already swelled to $1.65 trillion, increasing by 8x over four years.

You think you’re seeing the whole picture? No—the part under the waterline of the iceberg is bigger.

“Big Short” Michael Burry is already increasing his bet against NVIDIA.

He wrote a line on Substack:

“We end up going round and round and back to the starting point.”

What’s the starting point? The 2000 internet bubble. The cycle where Nortel, Lucent, and Cisco extended loans to customers, then helped customers buy their own equipment. And the tragedy where, when the bubble burst, the whole industry chain collapsed together.

Bespoke Investment Group put it even more directly: “If NVIDIA can only grow by providing financing and letting that financing convert into revenue, then there are questions about whether the entire ecosystem is sustainable.”

Let me say it plainly.

In the short term, this model is absolutely a moat—it locks in customers, squeezes out competitors, and creates growth.

But in the long run? When industry growth is built on a cycle of “left hand pays, right hand receives,” nobody knows where the true demand actually is.

NVIDIA’s guarantees help OpenAI get data centers. OpenAI buys NVIDIA’s chips. NVIDIA’s revenue grows. The stock price rises.

Everything looks great—until someone asks: where are the end users?

Tonight, Microsoft, Meta, and Amazon’s earnings reports will come out one after another.

Watch one number: whether off-balance-sheet guarantees and lease commitments keep expanding.

If they’re still rising, it means the circular trap game is accelerating.

If they start to contract—that’s the real warning signal. #USD1持币生息最高8% #长鑫开盘跌7.7% #明尼苏达预测市场禁令被叫停 $NVDA $GOOGL $MSFT

Banks are panicking: 134 executives sign a joint letter, all for one thing—to cut off your stablecoin interest

USDC in your wallet earns you 4% interest every year.

Banks looked at it—and can’t sleep.

On July 29, 134 officials and bank executives from the American Bankers Association jointly sent a letter to the Senate, urging revisions to Section 10404 before the CLARITY Act is finalized.

What are they trying to do?

Completely choke off stablecoin interest and returns—not only banning direct interest payments, but also sealing off “rewards” and “incentives” in any disguised form.

Translation: Your stablecoins in your hands can only quietly serve as “digital dollars” from now on—no more making money from money.

Why are banks rushing so hard?

Because money is moving.

The Independent Community Bankers of America calculated: if stablecoins can earn interest, the U.S. banking system could lose $1.3 trillion in deposits, and community banks’ lending capacity would be cut by $850 billion.

What does $1.3 trillion mean? About 6% of total U.S. commercial bank deposits.

Bankers aren’t afraid of stablecoins themselves—they’re afraid of you.

They’re afraid you’ll pull deposits out of a savings account yielding 0.01% and switch to USDC, put it in your wallet, and earn 4% interest.

They’re afraid small businesses, farmers, and local employers will no longer get loans.

They’re afraid of becoming the one who gets displaced.

The CLARITY Act originally already made a compromise.

In March this year, the Senate Banking Committee reached a bipartisan agreement. The latest draft from May states: it bans earning returns “solely for holding” stablecoins.

But it allows rewards based on actual activities such as real transactions, spending, and staking.

This was supposed to be a compromise—you can’t just lie there and earn, but you can earn after using it.

Banks think it’s not enough.

They believe the wording is “too vague,” and crypto platforms could get around it through various “rewards” and “incentive” structures.

So 134 people signed a joint letter to block the path completely.

What’s the irony?

134 bank executives are condemning stablecoins as “unfair competition,” while their own deposit interest rates are pitifully low.

Banks pay depositors 0.01%, while stablecoins pay users 4%.

Then banks say: “That’s unfair—they can’t do it that way.”

What does SEC chair Atkins say?

On July 28, he told CNBC: “I’m optimistic that Congress will pass the CLARITY Act.”

The SEC is providing technical assistance to help Congress advance the legislation.

The bill has already passed the House, and now it’s stuck in the Senate.

Senate Majority Leader Thune wants to kick off consideration before the August 7 recess.

But there’s less than two weeks left.

The bigger problem is: they don’t have enough votes.

To pass in the Senate, the CLARITY Act needs 60 votes.

The Republicans have 52 seats; adding McConnell on sick leave, the number that can actually be mobilized is around 51.

At least 7 Democratic senators must cross party lines in support.

Polymarket’s prediction market shows the probability of passage this year has already dropped to between 30% and 40%.

What’s the essence of this war?

It’s not “whether stablecoins should pay interest.”

It’s “who gets to define money.”

Banks want to maintain the status quo—money sits in banks, banks lend it out, earn the interest spread, and give you a tiny slice.

The crypto industry wants to redefine it—money can be digital, can earn interest, can circulate globally, and doesn’t need to go through banks.

These 134 bank executives signing a joint letter is essentially saying one thing:

“Don’t let my customers know that the world outside pays higher interest.”

Elon Musk’s No.1 fanboy Ron Barron: $TSLA saw 10k!
1. Within 10 years, the stock price could rise 4 to 7 times to $1,200-2,200
2. Then rise another 4 to 5 times over the long term
3. All thanks to the humanoid robot Optimus!
The company is building production lines, aiming to ramp up to 1 million units of capacity next year, and in the future also plans to move toward mass production at a scale of 10 million units.
If one unit sells for $30,000, after deducting costs, the per-unit gross margin is about $10k. With 10 million units, that would be $100 billion.
The global stock of humanoid robots is at the 1 billion-unit level. Assuming Tesla’s market share is 20%, it could be “wiped out” by China’s Unitree—at 200–300 million units.
Because the robot replacement cycle is long, and assuming an 8–10 year service life, the steady-state annual gross profit would be roughly $200–300 billion. After maturity, applying a 25–30x P/E ratio would result in a market-cap contribution of about $5–9 trillion.
If using Musk’s most optimistic model, it could directly capture a slice from the TAM of $40 trillion for replacing the global workforce—giving Tesla a big chunk of it!

$108 million dumped, but Grayscale says it’s undervalued: which side are you on for HYPE?

Early this morning, something big happened on-chain.

Multicoin Capital, one of the top crypto funds in the primary market, completed the 7-day waiting period for 1.97 million HYPE and successfully cleared the staking.

How much is it worth? $108 million.

Of that, 86k HYPE, about $4.78 million, was transferred directly into Coinbase Prime just 3 hours ago.

Over the past week, HYPE fell from $61 to $55, down 10%.

If you’re a HYPE Holder, what do you feel seeing this news?

“Institutions are running, so I’m running too.”

But guess what—on the same day, Grayscale jumped in to claim: HYPE is seriously undervalued.

A week ago, Multicoin Capital already transferred 395k HYPE (about $37 million) into Coinbase. Then it kept applying for redemptions of more. Early this morning, 1.97 million HYPE successfully unlocked.

The key is the cost.

This batch of tokens was bought about five months ago at around $30 via Galaxy Digital OTC.

Selling at $55 means nearly a doubling.

A top institution, moving from staking to withdrawals to exchanges in one go. This is planned profit-taking.

But on the other side, Grayscale published an article today saying: HYPE’s forward P/E is about 15 to 18x, it has real cash flows, and can be valued like a stock.

Compared with fintech peers like Coinbase, Robinhood, and Circle, HYPE is still priced cheaply.

And Hyperliquid achieved about $800 million in revenue in 2025—one of the highest-revenue protocols in the crypto industry.

GLC Research’s data is even harsher—

Hyperliquid’s “priority fee” mechanism lets traders bid with HYPE to gain priority in data reads and order writing. Since launch, it has generated more than $5 million in revenue.

Based on the 14-day and 30-day average levels, the annualized buyback supported by this revenue already exceeds $30 million.

And this thing is still in a very early stage—by year-end, annualized figures could reach $50 million to $100 million.

Translation: This project is making real money, and then uses the money it earns to buy back and burn tokens.

Cumulative buybacks have exceeded $1.1 billion, and more than 44 million HYPE have been permanently burned.

So right now, it’s—

Top institutions are selling. Top asset managers are buying.

Multicoin says: I’ll step out first—doubling is enough.

Grayscale says: You sellers don’t know what you’re looking at—this is still way cheaper compared to Coinbase.

So who’s right?

Honestly, both.

Multicoin is a financial investor—doubling in five months, and $108 million cashes out safely. If it were you, you’d sell too.

Grayscale is a long-term allocator—looking at protocol cash flow, P/E multiples, and buyback-and-burn. This actually does have fundamental support.

One side looks at price; the other looks at value. Short term and long term are simply different logics.

But there’s a detail worth thinking about.

In the next 7 days, there are still 6.93 million HYPE on Hyperliquid that will have their staking unlocked, worth about $415 million. Just on July 30 alone, 3.3 million HYPE—about $198 million.

The sell pressure isn’t over yet.

On the technical side, HYPE is currently at $55.32. EMA50 is at $58.45 and EMA200 at $62.15—both are overhead resistance. The MACD death cross confirms a bearish trend.

In the short term, it really doesn’t look good.

But if you believe Grayscale’s logic—P/E at 15 to 18x, real cash flow, annualized buybacks starting from $30 million—then $55 HYPE might be a price worth taking a long-term look at.

Finally, to be frank.

Multicoin selling doesn’t mean the project is bad. Grayscale buying doesn’t mean it will jump immediately.

In the world of institutions, they manage positions, have lockups, and target returns. Doubling in five months and exiting is only natural.

But retail traders see institutions sell and follow to sell; they see institutions buy and rush in blindly—that’s the real “liquidity pool grass.”

HYPE’s fundamentals haven’t changed: protocol revenue is growing, buybacks continue, and this new revenue engine from priority fees has only just started.

What changes is market sentiment, and what changes is the distribution of short-term chips.

Multicoin’s $108 million exit versus Grayscale’s “undervalued” thesis—who do you trust more?

Liberdus is not only asking what private messaging should look like today.
It is building toward a mainnet where communication, payments, validators and community governance can operate as one public network.
The roadmap points to 2026. The work is visible now.
