The company's American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each representing 100 shares of Class A common stock with a par value of $0.00005, are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BTCM.” The company's American Depositary Shares are expected to begin trading on Monday, October 20, 2025, under the company's new English name “SOLAI Limited” and the new ticker symbol “SLAI.”
