Why this setup?
Why now? The daily trend is range-bound, meaning the market is coiling for a directional move, and the short bias exploits that compression. The 1h ATR sits at zero, signaling a squeeze that often precedes a sharp impulse. The 15m RSI reading of 45.72 shows the asset is neither overbought nor oversold, leaving room for a sustained move. The entry zone is pegged at the current price level, with TP1 and TP2 both set at zero, while the invalidation level

Being able to hold this $NEAR long position until now is not about guessing the direction; the key is confirmation of the pullback above 2.4131. I did not chase when the price first surged to 3.5262. I waited for it to pull back without breaking the short-term moving averages, then topped up the position as planned. Current floating profit: +3275.31%.

Structurally, the moving averages are beginning to fan upward, but what really matters is that the key prior-high level has not been fully cleared. As long as the price remains above the key pullback level, the bullish structure remains intact

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is putting up $42.3 million to buy an argument: treat first, talk about the rest later.
This is a newly added supplemental appropriation, intended to shift the approach to homelessness and addiction more toward treatment.
Replacing shelters with treatment, the accounting logic is to bring long-term spending forward as a short-term investment. The problem is that treatment requires beds, doctors, and time, none of which come cheap, while the funding is one-time. Once the money is spent, people will still be on the streets, and the bill will be ch

$PEPE Conclusion first: Short-term bias is bullish but upside is limited. The area around 4e-06 is a moving-average convergence zone; a breakout requires volume confirmation. It is preferable to buy on dips near the Bollinger middle band rather than chase highs.
Technical breakdown: The current price of 4e-06 is between MA5 (3.998e-06) and MA20 (4.027e-06). The short-term moving average has edged below the medium-term moving average, giving the moving-average structure a weak bearish alignment, but the price gap is extremely small, indicating an undecided convergence state. A path into OpenAI’s internal codebase began with a single image uploaded to its community forum.
Hacktron says that on July 25 it chained a HEIF image-processing flaw with a single sign-on (SSO) misconfiguration to access employee accounts. The team used an employee’s Codex to open a harmless pull request in an internal repository, without inspecting its code, then stopped. OpenAI confirmed a fix about 14 hours after the report.
The flaw was in libheif, an open-source image decoder. The code had already been fixed upstream, but the change was not flagged as a security fix and had not reached

70.5 million in reserves, not selling a single coin; official buys another 1.1 million LINK
Well, $LINK officials just scooped up $1.1 million again—the total reserves stand at 70.5 million, with zero selling since the position was established. I’m bullish here—the official side is locking up its holdings, while the market has only pulled back -0.6% with a cold face.
The transmission is straightforward—wallets that only receive and never sell effectively keep draining the circulating supply, backed by a Fear & Greed reading of 71 and a +13.93% preference for U.S. crypto stocks. But $1.1 millio

$ETH Short-term bias is bearish, with rallies mainly presenting shorting opportunities. Current price is 2574.47; MA5=2579.09 has fallen below MA20=2618.7, and the moving averages are bearishly aligned, indicating a weakening medium-term structure. RSI=34.0 is approaching oversold but has not flattened, showing that downside momentum is still being released rather than exhausted; the MACD histogram at -9.195 remains bearish, with no sign of contraction or a reversal. The lower Bollinger Band at 2564.01 is the nearest current support, and the price is moving along the band; a decisive break be
