Arc has a long-term story, but short-term capital is repricing it
Arc’s mainnet launch this time did indeed come with a number of noteworthy infrastructure conditions. Official materials show that Arc is a Layer 1 built for financial markets and real-time fund flows, uses USDC as its native gas token, and onboarded a large number of institutions and ecosystem builders on day one.
This means Arc’s long-term narrative is not merely that of an ordinary new public chain, but rather an intersection of multiple sectors, including stablecoins, payments, RWA, institutional finance, and AI Agents.

$BTC $ETH After a round of declines, bearish sentiment in the market has erupted in full force.
Short liquidations have now reached three times the size of long liquidations, and short positions have become quite crowded. In the short term, the impact of an upward move sweeping through stop-loss levels will be much stronger than that of a direct decline.

Things are different over a longer time frame. Yesterday's rate hike, combined with Warsh's h

After the rate hike, crypto-linked U.S. stocks got hit first: Circle fell about 6.8%, HOOD about 5.7%, and COIN about 4.5%.
The Dow also plunged over 1% on the day, with risk appetite cutting high-beta assets first. Crypto prices did not collapse on the spot, but leverage on the U.S. stock side loosened first.
Simply put: this looks like cutting stock positions first, then deciding whether to cut crypto positions.
I think the main theme this round is a double hit to valuations from “regulatory expectations falling short + rate hikes,” not a one-sided blowup.

$NEAR Up 15% in one day—this isn’t a rebound; someone compressed the spring to its limit. It’s like a friend who borrowed money and never paid you back suddenly throwing the principal plus interest in your face—something abnormal is bound to be going on. The 24h trading volume was $365 million, with the price surging from a low of 2.31 to 2.71, a 17% range. Retail investors couldn’t have driven this. Fundamentally, nobody cared about NEAR’s sharding narrative during the bear market, but once capital starts looking for “cheap L1s” again, it has the greatest upside elasticity. On-chain data sho

#CLARITYActFailsToPass
The U.S. Senate has failed to advance the CLARITY Act, a major piece of proposed legislation aimed at creating a clearer federal regulatory framework for digital assets.
The procedural vote ended 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes required to move the bill forward. The vote was not final passage of the bill; rather, it blocked the next procedural step in the Senate.
📌 Why it matters for crypto
The CLARITY Act was designed to provide clearer rules around digital assets and help define regulatory responsibilities between the SEC and CFTC. Its failure to advance leaves t

BTC briefly fell to $75,355 before recovering near $75,800, down nearly 4% on the week; gold slid to $4,278, and all three major U.S. indices closed lower.
