JUST IN: A whale short on ZEC was forced to liquidate, taking a loss of over $10M as ZEC spiked toward $1,584 and short positions near $1,551 were closed. $ZEC

This time, I chose to short ZECUSDT after the price pushed into the $1,500+ area and the move started looking stretched to me.
My entry is $1,576.91 with 60x leverage. When I captured the trade, ZEC was trading around $1,551.75, meaning price had already moved about $25 below my entry, while the position was showing +91.54% ROI.
My reason for taking the short was simple: after such a sharp upside move, I wanted to trade the pullback rather than chase another breakout. I’m watching the $1,500 area closely now. If sellers keep control below this zone, I’ll be looking for further downside.

I stared at it for a long time, and the more I watched, the less I dared to make a move. In the end, it proved that staying put was the right call. A few days ago, I took one last look at $DOGE before bed. Buying pressure was quietly getting stronger; the volume wasn’t large, but the pace was very steady.
