SOL Technical Outlook: Solana Holds Near $100 as Bulls Defend the Breakout
SOL is currently trading around $99.6, holding near the $99–$100 breakout zone after the recent bullish expansion from the $92–$94 demand area.
The broader recovery structure remains constructive, but SOL is now consolidating below the $100.59–$104.64 resistance cluster. Bulls need to reclaim this area and break the $107.07–$109.91 zone for the next major upside expansion.

Stablecoins must not pay interest, and regulators are also targeting exchanges: I’m only bearish on ENA at this level
Half an hour ago, the GENIUS Act targeted exchange yield channels, with $ENA sitting at 0.1396, 24h -5%—I won’t catch a falling knife; I’m only looking short.
One sentence on the event—the GENIUS Act prohibits issuers from paying yield to holders, and Section 404 specifically targets disguised interest payments by exchanges and affiliated parties.
The transmission occurs in three steps. First, legislation has boxed in issuers’ deposit-taking channels; second, exchanges’ stable

A Full Moon, A Failed Vote, and Why I Am Still Bullish After CLARITY
Last night I was watching the full moon with my family, and at the same time watching the Senate live count on my phone. At 02 15 UTC plus 8, the CLARITY Act procedural vote came in. 49 to 50. Failed.
Everyone in the comments was shouting bearish. I think the opposite. Let me explain why this 49-50 failure is actually a gift for traders like us on Gate.

I had already finished complaining to my friends about this week’s market action, but now I have to take it all back. A little awkward.
A few afternoons ago, $ETH ’s long position held after the pullback, buying strengthened, and I signaled opening a long around 1883.20. Now at 2398.79, +4758.96% secured—what a takeoff. Those who got on board should be laughing in their sleep.
Take 80% profit first, and protect the remaining 20% at the entry price. Don’t get greedy for the last bite; put the bulk in your pocket first.
Panic comes from having no plan; losses come from overthinking. Don’t lose y

CLARITY Act Hits a Senate Roadblock
The U.S. Senate voted 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes needed to advance the bill.
CBS News +1
But this was a procedural vote — not a final vote on the Act.
The bigger takeaway: U.S. crypto market-structure rules remain unresolved, keeping regulatory uncertainty in focus.
The bill stalled. The debate continues.

GOLD IS TESTING A LEVEL THAT COULD DEFINE THE NEXT MOVE
Gold is once again approaching the $4,400 area after a highly volatile period, with spot gold recently reaching around $4,443 before pulling back toward $4,290 and recovering.
For me, this is no longer just a simple safe-haven story. Gold is sitting at the intersection of several powerful macro forces: Federal Reserve policy, Treasury yields, the U.S. dollar, oil prices, inflation expectations and geopolitical uncertainty.
The big question now is not simply whether gold can touch $4,400.
The real question is whether buye

Double bearish pressure: The CLARITY Act failed to pass, meaning the crypto industry has no near-term regulatory tailwind; meanwhile, the market is pricing in a September Fed rate hike, with U.S. Treasury yields remaining elevated. Together, the two are weighing on risk assets. I positioned heavily in short positions long ago and cannot find any reason to be bullish.

$ETH ’s decline this time: I had positioned bearishly earlier and held until now. I’ve closed 80% of the short position first, with the remaining 20% following a protective stop. The setup was repeated resistance at the previous high and no-volume support on the pullback, so I dared to short along with the weakness.

During the holding period, each rebound was weaker than the last, with the moving averages weighing on price. I didn’t rush to add; I only confirmed after the breakdown. After the floating profit reached +639.19%, I took profit on most of the position first—not because I’m bearish

For this $TRUMP short, I entered only after the rebound failed, not by trying to call the top early. There were repeated wicks around the previous high, with heavy selling pressure above, and no support on the pullback, so I treated the rebound as a short opportunity.
After entry, it did not immediately drop and moved sideways for a while. I only watched the protection level and did not make random moves during the consolidation. Once it broke below the previous low, the bears truly accelerated, and I took 80% off when the floating profit reached +365.26%.

$CAP This long position didn’t add immediately after entry; I first wanted to see whether CAP could hold above the previous high. Support on the pullback was stronger than expected, and the fake breakout didn’t damage the structure, so I continued holding.

After securing +14.92%, I handled it on a 70/30 basis: took 70% off first, and moved the protection level up for the remaining 30% so I wouldn’t give all the profit back. If it comes under pressure again around 0.05987, I’ll reduce a bit more.

I’m now leaning toward a bullish pullback, with clear conditions: as long as the 0.05941 area h

The U.S. Senate will hold a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15, requiring 60 votes to advance with Republicans holding 53 seats. Kalshi data shows the odds of passage this year have fallen to 25%, with ethics provisions and stablecoin yield still unresolved. What would advancing the bill mean for crypto markets?
