JPMorgan: Raises New Oriental's target price by 13%, reiterates "Overweight" rating

Jin10 Data reported on October 30 that JPMorgan issued a report indicating an increase in the target price for New Oriental (09901.HK) by 12.8%, raising it from HKD 47 to HKD 53, and reaffirming the “overweight” rating. JPMorgan believes that after adjustments, the company's performance has more than a 10% upward adjustment space compared to Bloomberg's expectations, which suggests that the brutal downturn cycle for the entire fiscal year 2025 is about to end. Although the company's stock price initially fell on the US market, JPMorgan believes that New Oriental is back on the track of profit growth with a clear outlook, and in addition, its capital return rate is strong, currently exceeding 5%.
