BlockBeats news, on August 27, Metaplanet Inc. announced today that during the period from August 14 to 26, 2025, the EVO FUND significantly exercised the subscription rights for Series 20 stocks, totaling 27,500,000 shares, accounting for 14.86% of the total issuance rights. At the same time, the company used the funds obtained from exercising the subscription rights to partially redeem 5,250,000,000 yen of Series 19 ordinary bonds, marking another operation following multiple redemptions in July and early August, with a cumulative redemption of 21,000,000,000 yen. After this stock issuance, the company’s total issued shares increased to 739,714,340 shares, and the unexercised subscription rights decreased to 460,000 rights (equivalent to 46,000,000 shares).
