SK Hynix ADR Launch Season

SK Hynix is a leading global memory-chip company and a key participant in the AI computing supply chain. To celebrate the U.S. listing of its American Depositary Receipt, SKHY, Gate is launching the limited-time “SK Hynix ADR Launch Season.”

During the event, users who register and trade SKHY ADRs in Gate’s U.S. Stocks section can compete to be among the first eligible traders. The top 100 users by cumulative trading volume will share 100 SKHY ADRs, while users who share their SKHY holdings or trading experience can enter an additional random airdrop.

Campaign 1: Be Among the First 10 to Win 1 SKHY ADR

During the event, the first 10 registered users to complete an initial SKHY ADR purchase of at least 100 USDT will each receive 1 SKHY ADR.

Notes:

Rankings will be determined by the execution time of each user’s first eligible SKHY ADR purchase.
Only eligible purchases completed after SKHY ADR officially opens for trading will be counted.
Each user may receive this reward only once.
Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Final results are subject to Gate’s backend data.

Campaign 2: SKHY Trading Contest—Share 100 SKYH

During the event, users who complete eligible SKHY ADR trades in Gate’s Stocks section can participate in the cumulative trading-volume leaderboard.

After the event, the top 100 users by cumulative trading volume who satisfy the corresponding minimum trading-volume requirements will share 100 SKHY ADRs.

SKHY ADR Trading Volume = Buy Trading Amount + Sell Trading Amount, denominated in USDT equivalent.

Campaign 3: Share Your SKHY Holdings for a Chance to Win 1 SKHY

During the event, users who complete any SKHY trade and share a holdings screenshot, transaction record, or trading experience on X, Telegram, Gate Square, WeChat, or another social platform can participate in the SKHY random airdrop.

After the event, Gate will randomly select 10 eligible participants, with each winner receiving 1 SKHY.

Content Requirements

The post must include the user’s own SKHY ADR holdings screenshot, transaction record, or genuine trading experience.
The post must mention Gate’s Stocks section and SKHY ADR.
The post must include the designated hashtags: #Gate, #SKHY, and #GateStocks.
Users must submit their Gate UID, social media post link, and relevant screenshots.
Users may submit multiple pieces of original content but may receive no more than one reward.
Plagiarized content, stolen images, falsified records, duplicate reposts, and invalid submissions will not qualify.

Users must register on the event page and complete identity verification to qualify for rewards.
Only genuine and eligible SKHY ADR trades completed in Gate’s Stocks section after successful registration will be counted.
Unfilled orders, canceled orders, stock transfers, changes in holding value, and non-trading asset movements will not count toward trading volume.
All rewards will be distributed as SKHY ADR assets to users’ Gate Stock Accounts within 14 business days after the event ends and the review is completed.
The market price of SKHY ADR may fluctuate. The actual value of the reward upon distribution may differ from its value at the beginning of the event.
Bulk account registration, wash trading, self-trading, matched trading, false transactions, falsified screenshots, and exploitation of system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited.
Multiple accounts belonging to the same identity-verified user will be treated as one participant. Sub-accounts are not eligible.
API users, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and restricted accounts are not eligible.
