Crypto Market Commentary: BTC traded at 77,218.30 USDT, down 1.31% over 24 hours, while ETH fell 0.69% to 2,260.80 USDT. BTC dominance was 59.93%, and the Fear and Greed Index was 26, in fear territory. The Altcoin Season Index stood at 48, not yet signaling broad altcoin dominance, while risk appetite remained constrained. Alpha Insights: North Korea rejected the FBI’s attribution of the Binance theft. Mercado Bitcoin suspended deposits and withdrawals following a security incident; the amount involved remains undetermined, and freezing assets does not mean they have been returned. StoneX said DTCC’s permissioned tokenization service could encourage adoption and validate Securitize’s public-chain business model; this does not imply a partnership. Securitize expanded its tokenized U.S. equity offering to 25 products; 24/7 trading remains a future plan.
