According to the official announcement from the Velodrome (VELODROME) project, Velodrome (VELODROME) will be swapped for Aero (AERO) new contract tokens at the ratios of 1 VELODROME : 0.044 AERO (New) and 1 AERO (Old) : 1 AERO (New). Gate will fully support this token swap and provide users with convenient token swap services. Your Velodrome (VELODROME) and Aero (AERO) tokens on the Gate platform will automatically participate in the swap.

Gate will take the following steps:
If you have trades in the Futures market, please adjust your strategy in advance. At 07:30 (UTC) on October 28, 2026, the VELODROME/USDT Futures Trading market will be adjusted to Reduce-Only mode.
At 08:00 (UTC) on October 28, 2026, Gate will automatically settle Futures positions based on the average Index Price during the half hour before Futures Trading is halted. Any unfilled orders will be automatically canceled. If you have trades in the VELODROME/USDT Futures market, please adjust your strategy in advance and Close Position before 08:00 (UTC) on October 28, 2026; otherwise, your positions will be automatically settled.
Gate will close new margin borrowing and collateralized borrowing for Velodrome (VELODROME) and Aero (AERO) before 08:00 (UTC) on October 28, 2026.
If you have any active Quantitative Trading strategies, please adjust them in advance. Otherwise, the relevant strategies will be forcibly terminated before 08:00 (UTC) on October 28, 2026.
At 03:00 (UTC) on November 3, 2026, Gate will suspend deposits, withdrawals, and Margin Trading for Aero (AERO). During the token swap, users' Spot Trading will not be affected.
At 03:00 (UTC) on November 3, 2026, Gate will suspend deposits, withdrawals, and trading services for Velodrome (VELODROME), including the VELODROME/USDT Spot Trading pair, Simple Earn, and Margin Trading.
If you still have Assets in Simple Earn, you may redeem them manually in advance. Otherwise, they will be automatically redeemed at 03:00 (UTC) on November 3, 2026.
If you have outstanding Velodrome (VELODROME) or Aero (AERO) loans in the Margin Trading market, please repay them in advance. Otherwise, automatic settlement and repayment will be conducted before 03:00 (UTC) on November 3, 2026.
