Gate Announcement on the ABTON, ABTX and ABBVX Stock Token Dividend

Gate will process the dividend for users holding the relevant stock token at the snapshot time. To ensure the dividend is processed accurately and fairly, Gate will suspend deposits and withdrawals for the tokens during processing and has made the following arrangements:

Details

1. Suspension time: Gate will suspend ABTON, ABTX, ABBVX deposits and withdrawals at 14:00 on October 14, 2026 (UTC).

2. Snapshot time: October 15, 2026 01:00 (UTC)

3. Other functions: Trading is not affected during dividend processing. Conversion between stock tokens and stocks will be suspended.

4. Dividend distribution: After the snapshot, the platform will process the dividend based on each user's net positions in the relevant stock token and this dividend ratio.

Users with a positive net position will receive the corresponding amount of stock tokens as a dividend. Users with a negative net position will have the corresponding amount of stock tokens deducted at the same dividend ratio.

5. Resumption time: After the distribution is completed, deposits and withdrawals for the relevant tokens will be gradually resumed. The actual availability will be subject to the token status displayed, and no further announcement will be made.

Special Notes

1. If you hold ABTON, ABTX, ABBVX through margin trading or Crypto Loan and have an outstanding loan, repay it before the snapshot time to avoid losses from negative account equity or forced liquidation.

2. During dividend processing, the platform will adjust position equity. If you have an outstanding loan in the relevant stock token at the snapshot time, the platform will adjust your loan liability by the dividend ratio for this period. The added liability compensates lenders for the dividend they are entitled to. Note that this adjustment may affect your account risk ratio.
