• Stock Market Commentary: U.S. equities declined broadly under pressure from rising oil prices and bond yields, while energy stocks bucked the trend and healthcare and high-valuation sectors came under pressure. Hong Kong stocks were dragged lower by technology and auto shares despite net southbound inflows. South Korean equities gave up earlier gains, as buying by foreign and institutional investors failed to offset heavy selling by retail investors. Risk appetite weakened across all three markets.

• Crypto Market Commentary: Amid surging oil prices, elevated long-term interest rates, and a pullback in U.S. equities, BTC continued to fluctuate around 78,000 USDT, while ETH showed relative resilience and GT gave back some of its earlier gains. The total crypto market capitalization stood at approximately $2.78 trillion, up 0.30% over the past 24 hours.

• Trending Tokens: WAVES, SCRT, and VVV rose 36.74%, 31.96%, and 31.02%, respectively, driven by network upgrades, the privacy narrative, and rotation into AI-related themes.

• Alpha Insights: Circle introduced a prepaid fee mechanism for CCTP Fast Transfers, improving the predictability of the amount received; Solana advanced its v1 transaction format, increasing the maximum transaction size to 4,096 bytes; Cronos rolled back 10,961 blocks in response to the Tectonic exploit, with $9.19 million still unrecovered.
