If you have ever spent five minutes in crypto, chances are you’ve been emotionally, financially and yes, spiritually “rugged” at least once. I sure was. That’s why I’m writing this: to share honestly what went wrong for me, and what I learned.

I did have a plan. Sort of. But when the market turned volatile, I lost sight of it; hype and fear took over my judgment. If I had followed my plan to the letter, I might’ve exited closer to the top.
