#BTC alternate count: Wave 4 may still be unfolding as a W–X–Y correction. That leaves room for a move toward $72k before a potential wave 5 higher. A break below $67k would invalidate the impulse count as drawn.

How much capital should be allocated to a trade? Why do some traders get the direction right, yet their accounts continue to lose money?

Many people study entry signals, technical indicators, and market forecasts, but overlook a more fundamental question: How much risk should each trade take on?

Even if you correctly predict the direction of a trade, the outcome may still be poor if your position is too large, your stop-loss distance is unreasonable, or trading costs are underestimated.

Today, we compare three common position-sizing methods.

I. Fixed Position Sizing: Invest the Same Amount

Nasdaq plunged 5.52%, Nvidia and AMD tumbled together! Is the AI sky really falling?

U.S. stocks had a terrifying night on Thursday! Nasdaq plunged 5.52%, the S&P 500 fell 4.36%, Nvidia dropped over 9%, and AMD plunged 17%! Yesterday’s AI darling stocks are now lining up for the market’s “price reckoning.” Is this short-term deleveraging, or is the AI feast starting to wind down?
I don’t think this decline can be simply understood as an ordinary correction. In the past, just hearing the keywords AI, chips, or data centers was enough for the market to want to strap a rocket engine to stocks. N

Setting a stop-loss does not mean you will definitely exit at the expected price.

Many traders believe that once they set a stop-loss in advance, their maximum loss is already fixed. But in real markets, the stop trigger price and the final execution price may not be the same.

Why does this happen?

I. Market volatility: Prices can quickly move past your stop level

When the market suddenly becomes highly volatile, prices may move past your stop trigger price in a very short time. If the next available execution price is already worse, your actual loss may exceed what you originally planned.

#每周来晒 #BTCETFOutflowsContinue Tracking the Liquidity Shifts at the $76,042 Boundary
The digital asset ecosystem is navigating a critical phase of capital repricing, driven by a sharp divergence between spot market resilience and institutional fund flows. Captured precisely at 11:18 AM PKT on Saturday, November 7, 2026, Bitcoin is trading firmly at the $76,042 zone, showcasing a robust structural defense against a week of intense Wall Street liquidations. Over the weekly cycle spanning November 2–6, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs registered an aggregate net outflow of approximately $922 million, forci

When a trading strategy starts to fail, should you adjust its parameters or stop trading?

The real danger isn’t that a strategy loses money, but that you don’t know why it’s losing and keep changing its parameters in an attempt to repair the returns curve.

A strategy may once have worked, but the market won’t always behave the same way.

A trend may turn into a range, liquidity may decline, trading costs may rise, and entry signals that once worked may gradually lose their edge.

So how should you tell?

Step one: Determine whether it’s a normal drawdown or a change in the strategy’s assumpt

In trader jargon, it’s called a V-reversal—in plain terms, it fills the hole right back in.
From 50.49 to 57.44, up 13.8% in two days—the hole is filled.
57.44 The high was hit at 03:00; it hasn’t been touched again in the eleven hours since.
56.25 Current price, 2.1% below the high.
2,022,283 Volume on the 22:00 candle, 5.2 times the average; it was the only candle with any volume all day.
3,612 Volume at 14:00, 0.9% of average; the weekend order book has only this much left.
-0.0054% Funding rate; shorts are paying, but the pool is thin, so they’re not paying much.

The market had been betting that the labor market would cool, but the nonfarm payrolls report delivered a major shock: 165,000 jobs were added, far surpassing expectations of 65,000. Unemployment, job growth, and revised figures all came in stronger, and the odds of a Fed rate hike in December immediately jumped from around 70% to about 80%. I have to say, this is what makes the current macro environment so tricky: weak economic data makes the market fear a recession; strong data makes it fear interest rates will keep climbing.
But I really don't buy it. The Fed talks about focusing on inflati

AI Isn’t Dead, but Memory Stocks Have Crashed! What Are SanDisk, Micron, and SK hynix Afraid Of? Has Demand Actually Changed?

The most surreal thing has happened: AI data centers are still expanding, yet memory chips have suddenly been hit by a sell-off. It’s like a restaurant still has customers lining up, but the chef is suddenly told their pay is being cut.
What exactly is the market worried about?
First, whether AI capital spending can keep growing. Giants like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon are investing heavily, but investors are starting to ask: when will all that money actually turn in

In cryptocurrency trading, many people believe that as long as they can accurately predict whether BTC will rise or fall, they can consistently make a profit. But reality is often the opposite: some traders have a fairly high win rate, yet their accounts never grow consistently. The problem may not be their directional calls, but their position sizing.
Why is position sizing so important?
First, oversized positions can magnify losses. If BTC drops 2%, a trader with a small position may experience only normal volatility, while a heavily positioned trader using high leverage could suffer serious

In the past few days, @bot helped me flag 100+ X accounts that haven't posted in over two years, and I'm still trimming my following list.
Hitting unfollow feels like a formal goodbye to the old life.
Most of them are long-dead DeFi, GameFi, and NFT projects, along with friends who became silent after being worn down by brutal bear markets.

I chose to buy the dip in US stocks and increase my position
This sharp plunge happened because Trump lost control of both chambers of Congress. This has happened several times historically. I reviewed data from the past 20 midterm elections, and 4 of them saw a situation similar to Trump's current one: 1946, 1954, 1994, and 2006
The chart below shows the S&P 500's gains after past midterm elections. On average, the market rose after most elections. The current market is roughly at the bottom, and Bitou has switched to buy-the-dip mode

U.S. stocks sold off sharply on Thursday, November 5 (UTC). The Nasdaq closed down around 5.5%, entering correction territory, while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index plunged roughly 12%, with chip stocks including $NVDA and $AMD posting steep losses. Beyond profit-taking, investors are growing concerned about the pace of AI data center construction, capital spending, and future returns on investment. The key question now is whether the AI sector’s lofty growth expectations need to be repriced. Where do you think the next opportunities will emerge: chip stocks, tech giants, or other sectors?
