XAU surged intraday to 4,456.65 before undergoing a rapid pullback, currently trading at 4,388. On the news front, South Korea’s central bank bought gold-related assets for the first time in 13 years to hedge against geopolitical and economic uncertainty. The market expects the central bank to have further room to increase its holdings, giving long-term bulls plenty of confidence!

#MemoryChipsRally
AI HAS TURNED MEMORY INTO THE NEW BOTTLENECK
The biggest winners of the AI infrastructure boom may not be the companies designing the most powerful processors. They could be the companies supplying the memory that allows those processors to perform at full speed.
In 2026, high-bandwidth memory (HBM) has become one of the most strategically important components in the AI supply chain, and the market is aggressively repricing the companies capable of producing it.
THE STOCK MARKET HAS ALREADY NOTICED
The performance of the major memory manufacturers tells the story.

#股票交易分享挑战
Stock Trading Share Challenge
Introduction
The Stock Trading Share Challenge is basically a way to make trading more structured and content-focused. Instead of just clicking buy and sell, it’s about sharing your market thoughts, analysis, risk management habits, and what you’re learning along the way.
Success comes from solid research, disciplined execution, good risk control, and being able to clearly explain your ideas — not from chasing quick wins or overtrading.
Understanding the Challenge
The goal can be trading, content creation, community engagement, or a mix of all three.

I strongly agree with one point: don’t always think about getting rich overnight or trading frequently. People who can consistently profit only pursue high-conviction opportunities, then patiently wait for catalysts and technical signals to align.

XAUT/USDT – My Take Right Now
Alright, so XAUT is sitting at 4,385. Pretty much flat on the day, up a tiny 0.03%. But here's the thing—gold itself (XAU) is actually down 0.11%, so there's a bit of a disconnect. Not sure if that means anything yet, just noting it.
The Range
We've got a clear 24h range between 4,367 (low) and 4,427 (high). Price is hanging out right in the middle. No one's really pushing hard in either direction.
Moving Averages – Mixed Signals
· Price is above MA5 (4,379) and MA10 (4,382), so short-term buyers have a slight edge.
· But we're still below MA30 (4,390), w

$BTC MINERS DUMP 28,000 BTC AS $74,300 PRODUCTION COST BITES – SHIFT TO AI ACCELERATES
Small-scale miners and publicly traded Bitcoin mining companies are relentlessly selling off assets, keeping the market under pressure as production costs far exceed current prices.
According to Blockware Intelligence data cited by Coindesk, public Bitcoin mining companies held 127,000 BTC at the start of the year. That number has now dropped to just 99,000 BTC – meaning they have sold 28,000 BTC worth approximately $1.78 billion at current prices .
The average cost to produce one Bitcoin is currently $74,3

$BTC (Bitcoin) – Bullish Consolidation, Holding for Breakout
I'm watching BTC because it's up +0.10% at $63,791.2, holding firmly above a low of $63,283.1. The moving averages are beautifully aligned in bullish expansion with EMA5 at $63,811.5, EMA10 at $63,753.6, and EMA30 at $63,625.1, all pointing upward. The 24h high is $64,443.9, and MACD is surging positively with expanding green bars. Volume is healthy. I am holding this one with a tight stop below the EMA10 ($63,753), watching for a breakout above $64,400.

#InstitutionsSold21.6BNasdaqFuturesInAWeek
THE $21.6 BILLION INSTITUTIONAL EXIT
Institutional investors have just delivered a major warning signal in the Nasdaq futures market. According to Goldman Sachs data, hedge funds, asset managers and other institutional participants collectively sold $21.6 billion of Nasdaq futures during the week ending August 4 the largest single-week institutional selling event ever recorded for the instrument.
The important part is not only the size. It is how the selling happened.

My bullish prediction for Bitcoin was right, time to exit!
The students arrived in the afternoon. I first had them analyze why I entered here and what my entry logic was. Only when they can analyze things themselves and have the right understanding will they be able to trade on their own next time.

Woke up at 6 a.m. and analyzed the market. I felt it had stabilized and that Bitcoin was about to rebound, so I opened a long position.
The three sections outlined in the logical analysis look very similar, but their underlying logic is completely different. In the past, I only looked at price when trading, and my ETH futures positions were liquidated three times. Now, when trading, I focus solely on the logic of the trading system, with price serving only as an auxiliary reference.
A few days ago, I spoke with Roy (a student who joined BTB Research in 2023 and has always urged me to trade futures; his trading system has been steadily profitable for several years). When it comes to trading, he said that only futures trading is truly trading. Although I used to trade spot exclusively, I agree with his view—unless spot trading also includes stop-losses. But when trading spot, what we tend to recognize most is adding to positions, adding to positions, adding to positions! That is wrong.
I have experienced three bull and bear cycles. Looking back and studying the theory, I found that all the top Wall Street traders use stop-losses and never hold losing positions indefinitely. The basic principle is that protecting your principal is more important than anything else. Many traders perform exceptionally well at institutions because they sign contracts with the companies that include rules of conduct for trading; if they fail to follow them, they are out. When working independently, they fail to uphold their principles. When alone, it is easy to let oneself go, and the outcome is generally failure.
This is not telling everyone to trade futures. In fact, trading is really not something ordinary people can master just by studying it, because it goes so strongly against human nature. When someone becomes so calm that they seem to have lost their humanity, it is extremely lonely. You often have to switch back and forth between human nature and going against human nature—much like switching between wearing a mask and not wearing one at work.
I have already sent the chart below to the students. When they come to the office next, they will have to submit their assignments. Let’s see whether they can figure out why I bought at the circled area. Of course, my judgment may also be wrong, and Bitcoin could continue falling!

Rate-cut expectations are heating up, AI is celebrating, and BTC is pulling back—this isn’t divergence, but capital changing seats
After CPI cooled, the U.S. stock market quickly turned optimistic, with AI-related stocks becoming the focus of capital flows. At the same time, expectations of further tightening by the Federal Reserve weakened, and the market began to revisit the possibility of policy easing in the future. Surprisingly, however, BTC did not surge along with the broader market and instead saw a slight pullback.
This trend may look like “asset divergence,” but in reality, it looks
